Untrustworthy and no Customer Service !! Not even worthy of 1 star.. Me and my wife to be were out shopping for my Wedding Ring and a Band to compliment her engagement ring. We stopped in this location and i immediately found the ring i wanted, with out hesitation we started to look for her a band. The Guy Toby or what ever his name was took a look and recommended some bands to her... We were super excited and actually found the perfect ring to compliment her engagement ring. however this is where it goes south.. price was OK and not to high but the ring was a little loose and Toby, as we are calling him, recommended to solder the rings together. We knew this could be done so we were all on board and they said we will only charge you for the labor. It will take 2 days at the most he said. OK we were sold just over $750.00 for both and only having to pay for the labor to solder them. We never received a call within the 2 days as promised and when i called back to ask about it some lady was very rude telling me it is up to the facility to do it and it will take longer... At this point i was a little worried but still thinking ok not a big deal. 2 days later i got the call it was done and we could pick it up. ok back on the happy train. we went down to the store to pick up her rings that were supposed to be soldered together and what we got was her engagement ring resized and not soldered to the band as we thought we had paid for. Luckily it was Toby at the store right??? WRONG!! he said he did what we asked and blamed us for not being clear on what we wanted. as i calmed my wife to be, we asked if they could fix this problem and he replied yeah if you pay for it. Excuse me but we already paid for it. we never asked for her ring to be resized only if it was needed to solder them. to make the ring all the same size. she said there was room to work with if the resize was needed. Apparently he was not listening to her or me. So to save Toby from being Cussed out by my now furious Wife to be we paid for the wrong work and now we were left with the resized engagement ring and the band not soldered together as Toby suggested. So i called the store the next day and asked for a manager.. this lady , Prob same lady that was rude the first time got on the phone and i explained the mistake. She was rude again and said they cannot help that we we not clear on what we wanted and if we wanted to repay for the soldering they would do it but it could not be ready in time. i sad a few choice words which i will not repeat and she hung up. My future Wife and i will NEVER shop here again and will never recommend any one to buy from this company as they are liars and have really bad...

Do not give your money to this Cracker Jack box jewelry store!!!!

Update4: more stones fell out. I took it to Jared since they have professional jewelers. They checked it and he replaced some of the diamonds with sapphires. The prongs were not secure over the diamonds as well. I will be taking this to court if they don’t give me my money back or pay Jared to fix it correctly. At this point I don’t trust them to “fix” it.

update 3: I have worn my ring after they fixed the fallen stones. So far so good. No lost stones. It looks beautiful. I am glad they fix it.

I received a ring enhancer for Christmas and I have only worn it 1 day and 3 stones have already fallen out!! I feel so disappointed and ripped off. I will be in there this week to get this fix and I hope they have as great customer service as they do sales skills. I will update my review after I see how they handle my issue.

Update: So they are claiming wear and tear and I have to pay to replace the 3 diamonds that fell out. So heart broken since I loved this ring so much and waited 10 years to get an updated marriage ring/enhancer. I fell like I spent over $600 on a Cracker Jack box ring. Do not buy anything here.

Update #2: They fixed my ring and only charged me a very small labor fee. I am pleased that they did this. Restores my faith in them. I will update to see if this repair helped keep the stones in. I will not be wearing it soon because I just sent my engagement ring off to get rhodium and detailed. Once I get it back (from Zales) I will wear both and hopefully not have this...

DO YOUR RESEARCH. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. The owner here calls himself James. His name is Gulam Khan and he uses heavy discriminatory pricing. If you understand anything about jewelry, you understand quality and actual value varies greatly. What he sells is not high quality. He will call something VVS and it is vS1 or 2 . He lies about certification of the diamonds he sells and depending on how you appear he determines a price. I can tell you that he will sell someone jewelry for $800 and then turn around and sell the same jewelry to someone else for 100-300% higher because they appear they can afford it. Get that jewelry at a sell value and you will find out it is worth 1/4 to 1/10 of what you paid max. I don’t know about you, but 1000% markups vs. the industry standard 200-300% for basic jewelry is just plain crazy. Don’t let this guy con you. Shop around, insist on a written clarity, color, cut, and carat weight of diamonds and then take that written description and comparison shop. Compare his initial price claim to that of similar jewelry elsewhere such as Jared or D Geller. Also, do not fall for his VVS Scam and have him provide an official gemologist appraisal up front. Please know the other reviews on here are obviously an attempt to hide the real reviews. Sort by 1 star reviews. Also, the store directly across from this store is the same owner. Imagine having to open a store across from your own store……. Interpret...
