Updating post.

Don't order any delivery or pick up. I've ordered through doordash, uber eats, etc and for pick up (by me) and no matter what they refuse to make the food stating they haven't been paid. The first time it happened I let it go due to technological error. Things happen.

After the third time I put in a pick up order and yet again go there to hear they didn't make it because they hadn't been paid. To only end up paying for it (again) and then had to fight my CC for a reversal. ON TOP OF experiencing the same thing from different delivery services (drivers call me to explain the hold up) and in person you have to look at the common denominator. Charleys.

At this point I dont know if its a scam or something is wrong with their system but I'm over it and they are rude about it saying its not their problem to fix and offer no help and will argue over them having to do nothing on their end even after showing them the payment was processed. They want you to pay again. Never again in person, delivery or anything else.

At this point I know its not happening to just me to be happening so frequently and yet they still do nothing on their end to fix...

I went here last Sunday around 2. There was a black girl working amongst all of these Asian/Chinese employees with a major attitude. My friend asked for extra ketchup and she smacked her teeth, rolled her eyes, and said "df" underneath her breath. Over ketchup that's not coming out of her $11 hourly pay! You can see her just doing unnecessary eye rolls, breathing like a dragon, messing up orders, getting impatient with customers because they weren't coming quick enough to get their stuff. Meanwhile the other employees are just laughing at her instead of 1.) Firing her which needs to be happened. If you can't interact with customers take your butt home and find something more suitable 2.) They weren't helping her and trying to instill positive reinforcement. This is America though not surprised. Young lady, you're a joke and you will be fired or quit after they are done laughing and your attitude need to make you rethink your job choices ma'am. Everyone's behavior was unacceptable. Food was basic as well. I will not be returning ever to...

This place deserves 0 stars. The service is THE WORST! Every time I go eat there it never fails to surprise me how incredibly rude they are. On two separate occasions my family and I have been treated so poorly. I went in to ask for a LARGE chicken teriyaki, and they lady gave it to me on a small bun? They were just too lazy to go back there, and grab more buns so they used a small one. On another occasion I went to go order, and the women didn't even greet me she just said with a bad attitude "we don't have any other meat, just chicken." I said okay, and ordered. I handed her my money, and she snatched it from me! I then asked her tomatoes on the side, and she gave me a peel of a tomato!! My fries were the oldest, and coldest fries you could get. I wish I had checked my order before I left. I've had nothing, but unpleasant experiences here. I could honestly go on, but I advise no one to eat here anymore unless they do something about their service quality, because...
