Good afternoon, going into Kay Jewelers, last month, I bought my wifeās wedding band, however, as I bought it, and my wife was with me, the band was a size too big. However, as we were sitting down, Mrs. Beth informed us that since the wedding band will be under the engagement ring that we wonāt have to get it sized. However, we mentioned that we should get it sized, but she insisted that we would be ok because it was under the engagement ring. I bought a lifetime warranty to go along with band. And trusting what she said we left the store. Last week my wife and I were out at the arcade, and playing a game, my wife noticed that her wedding ring and band had flew off!! Spending 30 minutes searching we couldnāt find the wedding band, but we did find the ring. We went into the store to see what we could do, so that we may be able to get that replaced, but they informed us that thereās nothing they could do, but get us one reordered. Without discount ⦠the discount was hoped for because it wasnāt our fault that we trusted the specialist with telling us that we donāt need to get it sized, because we expected that she knew what she was talking about! Even The young lady that helped us yesterday informed us that the engagement ring is even the wrong size, so we had to get that resized too⦠I wish something...

I've attended an event of jewelry trade in here before and I recently purchased my Husbands prized Movado Watch lol. The level of Customer Service is always good, I'm acknowledged when I walk in and if all the Sales Associates are busy they will let me know someone will be be with me.
My upgraded wedding ring that I received for my 10 year Wedding Anniversary is approaching 2 years old and needed to get the diamonds/stones reset, dipped and cleaned. For whatever reason I was questioned beyond my understanding to verify the account that my Husband has. In the past I simply removed my ring and gave them the name on the account. This go round they needed to know the exact date of the purchase? Ummm it was a surprise gift so I don't know the exact date. The Sales Associate that assisted me did not seem sure of her self but I am hoping and praying that the transactions will be smooth and my rings are ready for pickup on the 18th.....

I went inside the store very nervous, on edge and to be honest a little stressed ! But i was treated like family, with love, care and support. They were so friendly and made me comfortable from the moment i sat down to the moment we said our goodbyes ! They were honest and very helpful. I didnāt have my bestfriend by my side to help me but they helped in the same ways she wouldāve ! They gave their honest opinions and i needed that support. It was done in a timely manner and with great energy and great vibes ! I definitely recommend coming here !
