My mom and I recently experienced the SAW-themed escape room at Axescape the Rage, and we were thoroughly impressed. The single-room setup was ideal for us—it allowed us to dive deep into the experience without feeling rushed. The attention to detail in recreating the iconic bathroom from the SAW movies was remarkable.
The puzzles were challenging yet manageable, and the atmosphere was tense and immersive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, enhancing our experience without detracting from the suspense. Their guidance was subtle, ensuring we remained engaged and immersed in the storyline.
After struggling to navigate the escape room, we moved on to "The Rage" smash room. Equipped with protective gear and weapons we spent 15-20 minutes releasing our stress by smashing various items. The staff ensured our safety while maintaining a fun and energetic environment, making it a memorable conclusion to our adventure.
Overall, Axescape the Rage provided a thrilling and well-rounded experience. The combination of a meticulously crafted escape room and an exhilarating rage room, complemented by attentive staff, made for an unforgettable mother-son outing. Highly recommended for those seeking a unique and...
Read moreWe’ve been to Axe-Scape the Rage twice: once for axe throwing and another time for an escape room. Before we went axe throwing, I had to change our reservation time and I accidentally changed it to the wrong day (the current day), and I got a call from someone there (I forget who) and I explained my mistake. They were very understanding and changed the reservation to the next day. A member of our group couldn’t make it day of, and they let one member of our group (it was their birthday) do a rage room for 15 minutes.
We did the Bunker escape room and it was challenging! The owner helped us out with some clues, and afterwards told us about that the Bunker is more challenging than the Saw Room. I told her that the reason I didn’t pick the Saw Room was because I thought it might be too scary, so she showed us what it looked like. It’s definitely not too scary, and it’d be fun to bring a group there around Halloween to do it!
The owner was really nice and also told us about the special accommodations they do for date nights and the deals they have if you do more than one activity in one night. We’ll definitely have to go back to support this wonderful...
Read moreFirst time at this place, but not my first time to an escape room. The place is located in Rodney Village shopping center in Dover, just next to Ollie’s. The place is nice and organized. They have a pool table in the foyer area. Along the wall they have several axe throwing booths with digital projectors for added amusement. Across from the axe throwing booths, they have two large escape rooms. One is World War 2 themed, and the other is a murder theme. At the back of the building is a Rage Room where you can break things supplied by them, or you can bring your own items to destroy. We did the World War 2 escape rooms, which was very challenging. The service was great and the place was setup well. Highly...
