Burger King — Restaurant in Delaware

This place should not even be open! Just like every terribly run restaurant they have young kids running the entire place. No consistency it's just a party all the time joking, cussing at each other, playing loud music. I went through the drive thru pulled up the speaker is so raggity I wasn't even sure if it worked and no menu to look at, sat there for a few minutes before I said hello and a girl said I'll be with you in a minute there was one car at the window waiting for their food I ordered the new Brisket Whopper when she was finally ready. Got to the window paid $8 and some change for just the burger gave the girl my money she gave me change and I asked for salt she said salt ok so I know she heard me. Got the burger finally no salt in the bag she I told her I needed salt please rolls her eyes tells the other girl and she gets it and hands it out the window to me. Started down the road got the burger out took the top off I see absolutely no brisket I went back in. Told the girl there was no brisket she said it's under the cheese I moved the cheese there was literally a half a teaspoon or "Brisket" looked like pulled pork at best. Without pushing the melted cheese away you would have never seen it. She had another one made and said put more brisket on this one. The new burger had almost a whole teaspoon of "brisket" this time. I should have followed my instinct and not go here because they are obviously never busy for a reason. The inside is nasty tables not whipped off soda station was disgusting. SKIP THIS RESTAURANT

I stopped here Saturday night 02/06/2021 coming from Wilmington Delaware on my way home to Delmar. My 7-year-old nephew ordered the 10-piece nugget with some fries and a drink I ordered a number one which was a Whopper combo I added cheese and specifically told them no pickles and ask them if they would change their gloves when making my order and a eight-piece mozzarella stick. Receiving my order trying to eat and go home I bit my sandwich and had to instantly stop myself because my sandwich was a loaded down with pickles by this time I'm a good ways away from Burger King and did not want to turn a round. I made several attempts to call Burger King that night as I left I called eight times and no one answered the phone then I turned around and called the next day which was Sunday February 7th of 2021 and still did not get an answer this could have been very bad for you guys for your staff not paying attention my receipt clearly shows and says no pickles now I could have had a bad allergic reaction driving home with my 7 year old nephew in the car because your staff did not pay attention to this receipt or anything that was said your staff needs to do better because it could have been deadly for me and very bad for y'all and I'm pretty sure you guys did not need a lawsuit have your staff to pay...

Terrible BK. The manager isnt for the best interest of the customers. Sadly I bought 2 sundaes and they were extra small. The cashier's justification was because I was short 13 cents (really it was 3 cents so she cant count). Then the manager's justification was its only 3 swirls and some ounces or whatever, which I never heard of before my whole experience going to any BK as long as I have been alive and able to comprehend what was going on around me. If you look at the whole situation, it sounds like BS. If it was about swirls and weight, what does being a few cents short have to do with anything? Then when I complained about it, I was told thats how much its supposed to be. I have NEVER got a sundae that damn small. I was offended and even more offended by the excuses not to make sure the customer is satisfied.

LOL...the damn ice cream in the cups was an atrocity and the toppings were even worse. Its not about the ice cream, its about the principle. I'm from a major American metropolitan where its more people and was still provided better service, even if I was short of a few cents. I bet if I was white or the staff was white, the whole outcome would have been different and better sad to say. Dont go to this Burger King. Go to Wendys next door and get a frosty or McDonalds up the road. Theyll take...
