I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The bad:

They hooked left speakers to right speakers so you can't really adjust left to right. The hooked the front speakers to the rear so you couldn't adjust fade. I specifically asked them not to do that. They buried the microphone behind panels so making phone calls was not possible. They buried the phone connector so you couldn't hook a phone up. Have a humming sound or if the speakers now that wasnt there before. 6.. Had to make a lot of return trips. They would say come in on such and such day and then when you get there they say the person needed isn't there. Asked after 5 hours of being there how much longer it might be to fix a minor issue and dude is just like I don't know. I asked if I could go in the back and ask, so then he reluctantly did it. They turned off my power inverter and never put it back on so I had groceries go bad. I asked if they had the work order. They said yeah so I asked to see it. Then it didn't exist anymore. Could explain why I had to keep going back to complete the requested work. They broke a part in my door.

The good: 1. Some of their staff seemed slightly friendly. Seemed like they gave a decent...

These guys are the absolute best, and I would recommend them to anyone and Everyone. They installed a system for hands free Bluetooth and viper remote start for me a while back on my Jeep. I had some troubles with it lately and I brought back to them to get some direction on what was happening and Fernando took great care of me. Customer service is obviously their company motto and it shows in how they treated me.

I appreciate the effort and time that Fernando spent to try to get me the answer. He went as far as he could for me and I’ll remember that forever. Thanks again man.

Great selection of mid to hi end electronics for you’re car.. they can outfit your ride with anything you’re looking for whether it be .; sounds, security, video, safety, lights, etc.

where do I even start? I bought a radio that is specifically made for my car. Wanted to find someone to put it in. Call this company here and they said $250 but could be more, which I knew there would be as soon as they saw it…these days you can never go with quotes over the phone. I go in and He adds on another $250 = $500. Which wasn’t what got to me, it was the comment he made afterwards. “$500 but it may not work”, and I would still have to pay the $500 ontop of that.. now Imagine it actually working, him not doing something right?? and claiming it didn’t work?, just to get an easy $500 off me…Yeah no lol Took my radio and money somewhere else, these dudes tried to take advantage of me, I paid $200 at a place in Bolingbrook. For the head unit, remote and camera! I will never come back...
