Pros:
The instructors/studio attendants are awesome.
The studio has a great environment.
The pricing is reasonable compared to other studios. You're paying for use of the studio and glaze. Then, you pay additional costs for clay and firings.
You can bring adult beverages, if you like.
These are not really structured classes, it's more of a membership to use their studio. You will get demonstrations on the first day, then you're on your own. There are attendants/instructors present if you ask for help.
Cons:
When you sign up, you are bombarded with emails.
You are required to watch videos to learn part of the process (things you can do yourself online for free).

Customer service... My personal experience - I misunderstood how the membership worked, an honest mistake. I reached out to the owner Dan to see if we could work something out. The only solution he was willing to offer was for me to give him more money or to do chores for free... for time that I had already paid for. He chose to keep my money, over $200, and give me nothing in return. I will not be back, there are other pottery studios...

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I’d stepped into a cozy, creative realm where everyone belongs and magic happens in the form of spinning and forming clay into reflections of ones soul and mind. The instructors are absolute gems — warm, encouraging, and effortlessly inspiring. You’re never judged for being a beginner; instead, you’re gently guided with kindness and care. Honestly… one of them might just be a walking muse, my souls warms when I feel her energy There’s something about the way they move through the studio that lingers in your mind a little longer than expected.
Each week, I count down the days until class — it's one of the brightest, most grounding parts of my routine. And as my pottery journey continues, I’ll be sharing some of the whimsical, wild creations that come from this beautifully chaotic mind of mine — a blend of mystical dreams and delightfully odd visions brought to life in clay.
This place is pure soul food.
I’ll be sharing my creations as my hands and heart grow into the craft — it’ll be a beautiful thing to witness the metamorphosis of my work, from messy beginnings to magical expressions of all the wild, wonderful things dancing around in my head!
No, it's not a funnel cake (thanks beans 😉)... although it would look yummy with some powdered sugar...
Read more20/10 if I could give 10 stars, I would! First of all, there’s so many option to create whatever style of project that you’re looking to work on, whether you want to learn how to throw in the wheel or if you want to learn the myriad of hand building techniques available - there’s so many great options. Once you decide what you’re going to work on, there’s a knowledgeable instructor right there at hand to help you every step along the way. Everyone has been absolutely fantastic but I do want to call out Gabby for helping me through some challenges I faced while hand building a project and Julia who was a master at explaining exactly what techniques to use on the wheel to see success on my first night throwing. And, the owner, Dan Pearce, had been present at every class interacting with all of the students and getting to know us each night that I’ve been there. This is just scratching the surface of the reasons I would highly recommend this studio as this review is becoming TLDR :) Just go and you’ll see how...
