This place is AMAZING. I ordered my husbands ring from here October 15, 2020. Directly after placing the order, I called to change the engraving. The Customer Service was extremely helpful and prompt. We received the sizing kit three business days later! Unfortunately none of the sizes fit. I called the customer service line and explained the issue; a new kit was sent out the same day. Within 24 hours of asking for a new kit, it was on our doorstep! We chose our size and informed customer service the same day. We needed the ring by a certain date (3 weeks out) for a special event.

After finalizing the order and size on October 22, 2020 I received a texted message on October 30, 2020 with a picture of the ring before it went into the kiln to be blackened along with a person message explaining the process of making the rings from scratch! This made me feel content knowing our ring was being worked on AND that we were not forgotten.

We received our custom ring in the mail a week later. I was blown away at the ring itself, but also the packaging. They sent us the ring, a personalized message, a silicone ring in the correct size, the ring box, and a candy for his sweet tooth. NOT ONLY did they reach out during the process of the rings creation, but they also followed up to make sure everything was correct and that we loved the ring.

Wedding bands are something we cherish and represent a sacred bond and promise we made to one another. The customer service here truly made this experience enjoyable and less stressful but staying in touch and truly listening! I recommend them 100%. I would trust them to do it all over again...

I would caution anyone from using this vendor. I commissioned a men’s wood inlay wedding band. The wood was supplied by my grandmother who is now deceased. At first sight the quality of the ring was good, however the wood inlay split within a month or two. Fortunately all the wood was still intact so a repair should have been possible and fairly simple. I returned the ring to them and asked if they could repair it as best they could (I knew it would not be perfect). They asked me to supply more wood but given the sentimental value I said this was not possible. At this point they said sorry you are on your own and returned the ring untouched. It’s very disappointing that they won’t stand behind their product and work within the bounds of the situation.
