Had a quick and easy experience at Denver Mattress purchasing a queen mattress for a guest bedroom. I walked in 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday, spent about 20 seconds explaining to a salesman what I was looking for, and he pointed me in exactly the direction I needed. He acted like he had all day and was very helpful but polite in giving me space to try the beds without feeling pressured. I found the perfect mattress for my need in under 15 minutes. I asked a few follow up questions and the same salesman reviewed their purchase and delivery options with me in a thorough but efficient manner. I did not purchase the mattress that day and even when that became apparent, I was impressed that the treatment I received did not change in any way. I returned a week later, walked straight in, told another salesman exactly what I wanted, was helped efficiently and professionally once again, and walked out 10 minutes later with a new mattress, foundation, frame, their Sleep Essentials package, and a delivery date that fit my schedule and availability perfectly. We had two different salesman help us and they were both extremely helpful! I was especially impressed that the second guy we talk to made sure to find the info of the guy that we originally talked to so he would get part of the commission. I’ve been in sales most of my life and it sure stinks when You spend time with a customer only to have somebody move in and take the sale and the commission. We live in such a competitive world and it’s sometimes a little hard to believe that there are still people who will do the right thing. I would highly recommend these guys over any other furniture place that we have been to.. It wasn’t all about the Almighty dollar to the Second sales guy that we talked to.
