Went last night for the first time. If you like conventional music or have an older iPhone you will be ok. Went with a playlist of things that were not conventional and an Android and was not able to sing 80% of what I wanted to. If I knew it was only the package songs I would have made a different list, but we were told they had a system where we could look up whatever we wanted via YouTube. No one mentioned that to do this you had to use an older iPhone and unlimited data as with the provided wifi we were not able to stream songs. Our room for 8 also only realistically comfortable would fit 5. Multiple things that were listed on the food menu were not available the things which we did get were basically frozen foods that had been microwaved. Takoyaki did not even come with any sauce or bonito. Our tiny table did not fit all our food on it, nor did it light up as was advertised. The staff was apathetic at best. Alcoholic drinks were tiny and overpriced. Only canned sodas were available Pepsi and 7up. They even told us that the pictures of the beer taps and soda fountain were just for looks nothing was available on tap/stream, cans/bottles only. When I asked for the two bottles of water I had ordered they rolled their eyes at me and told me that another person in my party had just picked up a big pitcher of water for our room as if that somehow was equivalent to the individual bottles I had paid for. The music choosing system was a single touch screen in a corner that was not portable so anyone who wanted to look something up had to squeeze past the lyrics screen and into the corner which made it difficult for multiple people to rotate through lookup/selection. Staff told one member of our party they would have to come back up to the front for food and a different member that the staff would bring our food, so we weren't sure which was correct. And when they did bring our food they spilled our friend's hot wing sauce (already a miniscule cup was provided) and did not offer to...
Read moreStopped by this place on a Sunday night with some friends. The place was pretty much empty during this time, and it’s immediately noticeable that the rooms and entry and generally well kept. There are quite a few options based on your length of stay/number of people - I ended up choosing the 1 hour session for a group of 1-6 individuals, landing me at about $65 (note the price was originally around $55 ish, but a “cleaning fee” was charged as well). You get two microphones, and a whole room to yourself. The Karaoke device was unnecessarily complicated at first but it’s easy to figure out after a bit. Note that you’ll have to keep track of the time yourself as there are no timers or workers to call you out. In general, this is a decent spot if you’re indifferent about prices and enjoy a clean...
Read moreDon’t wast your money here. At least I wasn’t allowed to. I think this place discriminated against POC non Asian. I tried going here with my other brown friend and they did not slow us to book saying they don’t have space for us at the moment. When I asked when he said he didn’t know. How could you not know? Don’t you have a list and don’t people pay for timers on kareoke ? I politely asked if they could call us for when a table opened and they agreed. Never got a call. I called them back a couple times and they constantly said they don’t know when they will have an opening. I called in a 3 hour spam after leaving. Don’t bother coming here. There is another Korean kareoke place with better service down the...
