Farmer's Daughter Duck — Attraction in Duck

Literally had the rudest lady at the front desk. I went to return a shirt that originally had no tag on it (the worker that originally sold me the shirt said that if their was a issue if I wanted to return it to come look for her) but their was another sticker on the back of the shirt that had a sticker on it with the size. When I went to return it, the lady at the front inspected my shirt (understandable since their was no tag) and then proceeded to accuse me of washing it because it had felt wet in a very rude tone (it didn’t feel wet — it just felt like it was in humid weather because it was drizzling). I then told her it could maybe be from it being a little rainy outside and I had WALKED to the store, not driven to it, for a morning stroll. She then said well how would that be the case if it was in the bag. I then remembered that their was another tag on the back of the shirt and pointed to it and said how would that still be on the shirt if I had washed it. She then shrugged and then accepted the return. When I gave her my card for the return, she practically snatched it out of my hand and then dropped it on the floor carelessly. Before I left, I told her she was being extremely rude and she said I was being rude first by telling her the shirt could’ve gotten wet from the rain. I don’t know how that’s rude (?) and I told her if she has a problem trusting that THEIR item didn’t have a tag on it, I’d gladly find the employee who helped me with the shirt in the first place. If I could give this store a negative rating I would. All the ladies working in the store were horribly rude. One of them yelled across the store at myself and my sister that we needed to be wearing masks. I don’t have an issue with wearing one, however, I was yelled at from across the store and told how I needed to be wearing the mask. Apparently it must stay above the nose at all times to shop at The Farmers daughter. Once I pulled my mask up and attempted to shop, all the other ladies working in the store followed myself and my sister around and as soon as our mask would start slipping down a little they would very rudely let us know that our mask weren’t being worn correctly. Since they were being so rude we all decided to put what we had planned to buy back and leave. As we were walking out, one of the workers said it was good that we were leaving and that we just needed to go. Not enough ways to describe how horrible that experience was and I will NEVER go back to that...

Extremely rude. I’m panicking so bad while writing this. Had full hands of merch I was trying to buy and they informed us they were closed. We said okay and proceeded to the register where she very rudely told us she had already shut it down for the night. We threw our merch on the floor and walked out. They had already locked us in. LOCKED US IN THE STORE. No one said they were closing soon when we walked in. I’m contacting higher ups. Their reviews are horrible and I’m not letting this go.
