As my companions said "I can't go back to never having eaten this before" and "I want to never not be eating these." The donuts are divine. Oh my goodness - this place was absolutely wonderful.

I suppose we didn't quite believe the fresh, made to order donuts. I was still overwhelmed with absolute delight WHEN IT WAS FRESH - MADE TO ORDER! There's a delightful freshness in these. You bite in, and they are somewhere between cake and fried dough. I was sad to finish.

You get the option to pick your donut, your glaze, a topping, and a drizzle! I highly recommend the combination I got, a regular donut with a lemon glaze. For toppings, i added a hint of solid sugar with the chocolate sprinkles and went with the phenominal raspberry drizzle. So good! They make it easy to order with pads of checklist notepads and plenty of pencils to fill out your choices. Once you pay, you can hang out and wait until yours is done, just across the way in the pick up section of the store. There, you can enjoy more of the delicious arouma of hot/fresh donuts. Plus, they have it plexiglassed off, so you can actually see them putting together your creation.

Visited duck donuts on in Greenville NC Monday January 31st at approximately 2:30 pm. My husband and I are considered “senior citizens “! But having said that we are both retired from very challenging careers and are familiar with customer service. We however were not familiar with the products at duck donuts. We ordered donut sundaes from the pictures posted at the counter. Now I may not be familiar with duck donuts but I am familiar with sundaes, ice cream with syrup, whipped cream and so forth. I ordered a salted caramel donut sundae and my husband ordered a classic (donut with ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped topping and cherry). We both requested no whipped topping. When we received our orders they were donuts with ice cream on top! When I questioned the attendants working, I was rudely informed that the toppings were on the donuts, not the ice cream. Yes, upon close inspection, there was some caramel glazing and chocolate glazing on our donuts but nothing on the ice cream. I expressed that they look nothing like the pictures! They certainly weren’t sundaes, just a donut with ice cream on top!!! Since we are “elderly “ I didn’t want to cause a scene but when we left my daughter lingered behind us and schooled the employees on serving a product that should at least be somewhat like the picture!!
