This was once a five-star review in which I was praising and at the time, newly hired employee. Because of him I have came back again and again, because I have recently bought two new used cars that has needed a lot of work. Unfortunately, I still feel the same about those employees but this particular location is under New Management and it's not working out very good for business. I believe his name is Sam. I've witnessed on several occasions while making big and small purchases, Sam being disrespectful towards his employees as well as the customers. Myself included. The last time I stopped in there was to get a tire patch because even as a woman I know how to patch my tire and I told him I was losing air pretty quickly, but he decided to call his boyfriend on speakerphone and proceeded to talk about mildly inappropriate personal things. Today I stopped to get a new battery for my Jeep and I know that the install is a little bit complicated because it's under my seat but I already had everything ready to go. Not only did Sam's stop an employee from helping me... But he also yelled at him in front of me for moving too slow. The employee in which I speak of has just got back from surgery today as well and he never told me any of this personally it's just that I had asked where he has been... The last time I came in. I don't want to say his name because I don't think he deserves any further punishment or retaliation. But he's my favorite amongst the team because he always remembers to ask about my physical well-being.... And is always very thorough and patient with me. In my opinion, Sam may be a good disciplinary or authority figure... But he's not a people person and doesn't belong in customer service or leading a group of people. It's not as if he's even being assertive, but instead just downright disrespectful and hateful towards any customer I've witnessed as well. I wish I could say that I would be back again like always but I think I'm going to start going elsewhere.... Because I just don't approve of this type of management. I already go far out of my way to come to this location and shop at O'Reilly's because of the service. Sadly, I can't say...
Read moreI visited O'Reilly Auto Parts for the first time today and recieved EXCELLENT customer service. I called a day before and spoke with the manager, Jennifer. I inquired about a battery for my daughter's 2008 Toyota Prius. The battery she needed was not in stock. Jennifer offered to contact another store and have it delivered at my preferred location (Duluth). She also advised of a call back the next day (once the battery came in) and promised installation of the battery as well. As promised, I was contacted the following day by the assistant manager, Harry and he advised the battery had arrived. Once I got to O'Reilly, Harry was more than gracious and accommodating by removing my daughter's old battery and replacing it with the new one. Note: for anyone that doesn't know, I contacted 6 places that were NOT willing to remove her battery as Toyota Prius's are hybrid cars and it is far too complicated and time consuming to remove them.Harry removed her car battery, no questions ask. He also replaced her air fliter. Harry was AWESOME! Harry and Jennifer both went over and beyond as well as exceeded my expectations. And for that, I am truly greatful!! They have made a...

I walked in no greeting, started recording at the front door, walked around then stood at a counter just in case ROBERT didn’t hear or see me come in. Nope still nothing I began talking with his customer who I knew then he told Robert to help me instead. Robert said what do you need? Well hello to you too Robert! I told him he should greet his incoming customers he started to get upset and said I was with a customer I said you can still greet people coming into the store. We finally got to ordering my items and the delivery time was great however due to the service I decided to go online and order the parts. I will be returning these items. I would rather wait a few days then not get five star service when I’m paying my money.
