SSONG'S HOTDOG - Duluth — Attraction in Duluth

I got the fried kim-mari "dog" (also known as the seaweed roll). It was very good! Its filled with glass noodles abd usually has a few veggies mini inside. I like it dipped in sugar. And it's vegetarian (it might be vegan but i have not confirmed that the dough doesn't have egg or dairy milk in it) for anyone who's looking for a vegetarian option.

I also ordered the frozen sikhye (sweet rice drink). The flavor was nice and refreshing, however it was much too sweet.

Customer service was just alright. They'll answer your questions, but they're not super friendly or anything memorable.

As this is a food stall inside the Hmart, there is nowhere to sit down, but there are plenty of seats in the food court around the other side...

Love me a good corn dog so I had to try one.

I ordered the standard hot dog, there are different filler options. The breading has a great crunch! The hotdog meat is really meat! Loves the flavors and the breading crunch.

Loved the packaging. Holds the corn dog perfectly with the stick out the side keeping the dog warm, only Asians come up with cool stuff like this, love it!

The only downer is no yellow mustard, they’ve got 5 other flavors but not the one I love with corn dogs. I know that’s an Amercian flavor but it’s good together.

The service is great. Tip - orders are made fresh so they take 5 min. So order and go shop and come back to a fresh...

We unknowingly ordered hotdogs about 10 mins before their closing time. Not only did they still allow us to place an order without saying anything about the time—they were extremely kind and helpful to us Korean cuisine novices!

Beyond the stellar customer service, the hotdogs were way better than the others we had at the Doraville H Mart location's stall, Oh-K Dog. I think this stall uses better oil and puts more cheese in the filling compared to Oh-K. I didn't add any sauces or sugar and my cheese dog tasted like the best deep fried mozarella...
