I normally don't write reviews but today I was totally disrespected. I called in the Store since I needed to get a couple of products with them and informed them that I couldn't wear a mask due to Medical Conditions. I was informed that I have to wear it. I asked for the manager (Jessica Han) name give to me by her, and as I started explaining my medical conditions and she started arguing with me and stated that everyone has to wear a mask. I mentioned that I wouldn't be able otherwise I could fall ill and she started saying that if I were to show up without a mask she would call the police on me. She told that 3 times and then she said that she would allow me to get in the store ONLY if I were to provide a doctor's letter. She also told me to get a family member to come and get my products and I told her they are all in South America. She also said she would not argue with me, which she already did it and hung up on me. I called back and I asked for the manager and she said there was nobody available to talk to me. I mentioned that I called their corporate office and I left a message with their Human Resource Department and I am expecting a phone call from them ASAP. The young lady on the phone as well informed me that they were closing (7:50pm) the store and I told her that their store closes at 8:30pm. She told me that I was not correct. She stated she would not argue with me an hung up the phone on me. What an experience. I will be following up with their corporate until someone gets a hold of Ms. Jessica Han. Read moreI want to say hands down the worse hair store establishment I’ve ever been in . Let me lead with the fact that I’m new in this area and I needed to get hair care products to do my hair . As soon I walked in the lady with the glasses yells at me and says “ we closing we closing !” I said well I searched it up and it says you all close in 20 minutes . She proceeded to give me a nasty look and asked me , “ what you getting “ out loud in front of the few people that were in the store . I told her what I was getting since I felt on the spot and she said “ whatever hurry “. At that moment I should have left but I needed products to do my hair and it was already a Sunday . As I’m looking around I notice someone is following me and watching me . The lady from the front with the glasses tells me again with her hands in the air “ you need to hurry “ I got to the register gave her a look and said you’ll never be getting my money again . Just letting my black women who are out here know , to never come to this place again . You shouldn’t be made to feel small when you are in a place that flourishes off of your atmosphere and necessities . We need to start taking our business away if we aren’t going to be respected and we’re getting degraded . I hope they lose business in that disorganized place anyway . Read moreWent in to get a wig. Three employees walk by me as I’m looking at the wigs. Not one of them acknowledges me or speaks to me or ask me if I need any assistance. When I get to the register to pay for my wig cap the lady informs me that I have to spend at least five dollars to use my credit card. I started telling her about how I saw an item that I wanted to buy and it would have been a $65 purchase but nobody came back there to help me as I sat back there waiting. As I’m telling her this she starts talking over me I said excuse me I’m trying to tell you about the service that was provided to me today she says OK have a good day, have a good day. I told her to give me my money back for the wig cap. I said how can you provide great customer service we don’t listen to the customers I said you are one of the rudest people that I have ever seen I said you guys don’t care about making the customers happy all you care about is how much money you can get and I’ve never experienced such rudeness in my life.
