Iāve been burned twice by this place, there wonāt be a third chance.
They list 6:15 as the cutoff time for shipments. I dropped off my package and got a receipt thatās shows 5:34pm for a next day air package.
However, UPS tracking says āthe package was given to UPS after the cutoff timeā. This was 9:23pm.
So the package should have arrived on Friday, but instead arrived 4 days later on Tuesday due to weekend and holiday.
Finally, they would not accept my packaging and charged me nearly $30 for their own ālaptop boxā, which they wouldnāt show me because they were busy.
So what should have been a free and quick process for me was anything but.
Never again.
Update: store replied and gave me an email address āso that they might follow upā. I sent an email on July 7 and detailed my experience. I got a form response quickly saying āThank you for reaching out to your local The UPS StoreĀ® location. Your message is important to us and we will reply as soon as possible.ā

When I walked in the door an employee wasn't wearing a mask and either was the guy right in back. I go there regularly. The young millennial employee behind the counter asked me to put a mask on. I said I didn't have one. He asked me to leave. I asked him to speak to the owner. Now I've gone in there many times and he's taken care of me without a mask on. Never has said a word. Now because his young millennial employee gets upset, I get kicked out of the store. I run a local business here and will make sure I never go back and will tell others. Sad day when local business owners kick people out of there store for not wearing a mask. Say what you want but you lost my business and this post will reach many others who now won't go...

The manager of this store needs to learn to not be so callous. I went to pick up my daughter's medicine that was shipped from a specialty pharmacy and she wouldn't give it to me. In the past, it was never a problem. I would show my ID and the confirmation email from the pharmacy, sign for the package and be in my way. All of a sudden it was a problem. After a half hour of arguing and having the pharmacy speak to her, she finally let me sign for the package and take it. The problem was resolved, but it was because I insisted and had the specialty pharmacy talk with her....
