I had an incredible experience with Heba at H&A International Jewelry in Atlanta—truly one of a kind. It all began when my fiancée and I were visiting Atlanta. While enjoying drinks at a bar in a mall restaurant, she struck up a conversation with a woman and casually mentioned she’d browsed every jewelry store in the mall without finding anything she loved. Over glasses of wine, the woman showed off her own stunning engagement ring and said, “Go see Heba. She’ll take care of you.” She couldn’t have been more right.

We never even set foot in the store. Heba guided us through the entire process remotely—working within our budget, sending detailed photos and videos, calling us personally, and helping us choose the perfect engagement ring. What could’ve been a stressful, high-stakes decision turned into something easy, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. Heba was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful every step of the way.

I'll admit, wiring a large sum of money to someone I’d never met, at a store I’d never visited, was nerve-wracking—especially since H&A isn’t a big-name chain. I even asked a friend in Atlanta to check them out, but she wasn’t familiar with them and couldn’t stop by. So I did my homework: searched them on Google Maps, called neighboring businesses in their office park, and confirmed they were legit.  I wired the money and Heba confirmed receipt.

Only a few days later, she called and said, “It’s ready.” Now came the moment of truth: Would it arrive? Would it be real?

It arrived right on time—and it was even more beautiful than I imagined. It came with an official appraisal, too. My fiancée loved it.

I'd rate this a 0 if I could. I'd never been to H&A, but it had good ratings online so I took my Movado watch in for a new battery in December. It was my first time. I paid $40 plus tax for a new battery and when I picked it up, there were fingerprints on the face, and the time was incorrect. When I asked the lady about it, she grabbed the watch and wiped her fingers against the face and set the watch on the counter (not even the felt tray). She adjusted the time to the correct time and assured me everything was good. I left, and within hours, the time was incorrect. The watch was slow. I returned to the store the next day and asked for a refund. The response was APPALLING. I was told that my watch was in fact "broken", and they wouldn't issue a refund. They said it needed repair. I asked how they could determine it as broken without inspecting it. We went back and forth a few times. The lady then consulted a man in a connected room where I could hear everything. The man was so rude and yelling at the lady from the other room. He said he knows what he's doing and has worked in the business for years so when he says it's broken, it's broken. Standing in the room listening to this extremely unprofessional conversation was shocking. I was so horrified and disgusted by the reality of the situation. I told them to forget about it, and left without a refund or any resolution. The employees yelled "ma'am" at me multiple times as I left. The best part though is that I then took the watch to Solomon Brothers where they examined the watch determining it as in good standing and changed the battery for free. I absolutely do not recommend using H&A. The lack of professionalism and terrible customer service that I experienced was insane. I certainly will...

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at H&A Jewelry in Dunwoody, GA. I went in to purchase a new diamond and a watch, and from the moment I walked through the door, the service was exceptional. Heba was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive—she guided me through the selection process with expertise and care, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

During my visit, Malcolm, Patricia, and Todd also came out and joined us in the buying process. Their insight, warmth, and professionalism only added to the welcoming and high-end atmosphere. You can tell this team takes great pride in what they do. This place is amazing, and the service is truly stellar.

The store offers a stunning selection of fine jewelry and luxury timepieces, and the pricing is genuinely unbeatable for the level of quality and prestige they provide. The owner, Heim, was also on site and personally assisted me—his deep knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process.
