Do not trust the prices that are labeled on products it changes without notice at the checkout. When pointing the price difference out the staff simply changes the price label and says take it if you want to! I know all to well of such practices and will not be going there again and encourage others not to either. STOP GOING AND SUPPORTING SUCH PLACES THAT CHEAT, IT'S TIME TO CHANGE NOW!

UPDATE AFTER OWNER REPLY- To the Owner, I'm not looking to start something here but it is very apparent that you have issues accepting your flaws and shortcomings of operating a decent business by the reviews and the way you reply to them as well, I do not have to prove anything here. I'm not trying to tell you to run a top notch USA standard store or any of that sorts either. You tell me that you forgot to change the prices after your Diwali special, fine, I can understand that, but then instead of apologizing for that and calling it a day and moving on with life you went on. You said that even big retail such as Walmart & Kroger have pricing issues, and you are right they do. What do you think they do when a customer points that out? If you have ever dealt with such then you would know that they would honor the price that was listed at the time the customer picked the product up and simply apologize for the mistake. To your second point about the cashier had made us aware of the "correct" price at the checkout is a false statement. We were not made aware of it, believe it or not. In fact we walked outside sat in the car and then realized that we were charged different than what was stated. We went back in and the cashier simply walked up to the item saw that it was indeed priced what we had pointed out, switched the labels and told us to take it or don't! Thirdly, you are under the impression that we did not buy the product at all. That is again a fallacy and we did in fact bought the product even at the price you charged as the items were needed, I can provide receipt proof and the items in my possession proof. This leads me to conclude that you do not even bother to go through the review process of what ACTUALLY took place and rather are trigger happy to reply to customers as you please and in a very unprofessional and threatening ways as well. I can really careless about $0.50 cents price differences. My intentions of doing a review to even begin with is to point this out so YOU can make your operations better so that people will respect it and enjoy coming to your store. Before I took it to public review I did give a chance at the store level to remedy the issue but it was faling on arrogant and deaf ears. Too many of establishments such as yours have been doing business in a certain way for too long and its time to shape up and respect the very people that give you their hard earn money and be honest in operations of yours and earn in such way instead of all the games and tactics you do. Trust me it will earn you more. I speak from experiences. If you are even willing come check out my operations and you will know and grow faith that honest work does pay off, very well in fact! You tell me if ALL this doesn't make one think that the operation is not honestly done so. When there is no apology given, when there is a unprofessional and threatening replies to your reviews when they are pointing out YOUR operational lacking so that you can fix it for YOUR betterment, as much as you would like to believe it, it doesn't really help us, the consumer, anything to place a review or not, good or bad, it is a tool to let you, the owner, know what impressions your customers are walking away with and give you a chance to fix it. At this point it is up to you to fix this for your future customers or not. YOUR choice just as it is our choice to review and decide to shop at your place or not. This is also a matter of what impressions you send out about India and Indians in general as well and to that I will not have...

This is the worst place ever.. Half of the stuff is expired.. We got wheat flour from here and someone had opened it and then taped it back.. Once we bought paneer and it was rotten, I returned it within 15 mins and the owner said you might have done it.. What a jackass..!!

Reply to the owners reply: The fact that you accept to put tapes on opened packets is evident enough to have a health/food inspection. It's not just me but I have heard it from different people regarding your attitude towards your customer. I am specifically talking about the owner of this place. The other guy behind the counter is very helpful and respectful. To your comment on abusive language.. Check dictionary for the meaning..!!

You moron, if I got the receipt from your store dated 15 minutes old..why would I go to another store buy a rotten paneer and then return it to you..I hope your store gets closed soon.. I went to the store on 6/3/2023, there was a long queue and the owner was talking loudly on the phone. The owner is from Bangladesh and he was making fun of Indians on the phone. I didn’t really care, all I wanted to do was pay for my items and leave. He scans my items, I remove my phone to pay for it and the next second he is scanning the next person. I asked if he added the other guys items to my total because I was done paying for my stuff he was scanning the next persons grocery on the same cash register. He rudely replied, I know what I am doing, app apna kaam karo. This is so unwanted and unnecessary, he could have just said no, those items were not added to my total. I replied back saying mein apna kaam kar raha hu. He is arguing now toh karo apna kaam aur jao!
