This particular facility is totally foul and unprofessional. On June 15 around 5:30 p.m I purchased a whopper with cheese meal with onion rings inside of the container of the onion rings was a used dental floss stick amongst my onion rings, I immediately showed this disgusting display of food service in the hight of the Corona Virus and the public fear of contracting it this way.The manager conflict resolution was so poor and nonchalant I was appalled they quickly wanted to give me a free meal and my money back. I then felt this was a disrespect to me and my well-being. I then proceeded to reach out to GPS Hospitality to take my concerns to the next level low and behold GPS Hospitality tried to offer me some free burgers as well. I declined and informed them of my discernment with how they handle the issues and they then passed my situation to a company name Travelers Insurance which is probably not the entity to help my situation. Travelers then called and said they will review the footage of the incident and get back to me. Days and weeks had elapsed and correspondence with the person from travelers was poor he never answers his calls or respond to emails. Finally he calls after several messages on July 7th and tell me after he reviewed the tape he did not see any Wrong doing on the Burger King side . I then stated how did the dental floss stick get inside of my order and he said basically there’s nothing else travelers can do. So the issue with a foul unsanitary dental floss stick inside of my food Is A issue I just have to except. I think not the health Department will be informed and I have the pictures to show the floss stick in my Food. Of course Travelers would drag there feet and come Back Telling me this is not there fault. I am so Disappointed I will never patronize this place or Any other Burger...
Read moreAround 10:15pm, I went through the drive thru and placed an order. I specifically said “Can I get a number one with cheese, add heavy mayo, cut in half” The lady taking my order asked would I like a small, medium, or large and I said large. She then repeated back to me “That’s a large number one heavy mayo cut in half” I noticed she did not say “With cheese” so I said “You have me for a number one with cheese right?” I was friendly, did not have an attitude at all, and she answers me back “A number one does not come with cheese, you have to say you want it with cheese” I told her nicely “I did say with cheese”. She proceeds to say “Um, no you didn’t, but anyways, what else?” in a nasty tone and I told her “I don’t want it because I don’t like your attitude” and she nonchalantly says “OK” and I drive off. I was highly offended and inconvenienced by this woman’s nasty attitude towards me simply because she was not paying attention that I said I wanted a number one with cheese. Her nasty attitude was not called for and unfortunately I don’t have the name of the employee but I am reporting her because she treated me very poorly for absolutely no reason and you all should not employ individuals who get snappy with customers for simply correcting her on my order that she heard wrong. It’s not my fault that you’re miserable, stuck working the drive thru at Burger King on a Friday night. Learn how to be courteous to your customers or find another job you actually enjoy doing. I’ve contacted corporate on this...
Read moreI ordered my food pulled up to the window and realized I forgot to add one thing to my order. I asked if I could add it and the older white man at the window replied “I can’t take any add ons at the window; it’s agains company policy”. Really? There was literally no one else in the line. So I just circled right back into the drive thru line and added what I needed to add. That was a total waste of time when he could of literally taken my order at the window. Two things—policy is policy but that’s what separates average customer service to above average service. Second thing is, I don’t believe it’s actually a policy. That makes no sense but who knows. However, when I let the lady know that her incompetent coworker wouldn’t take my order, her exact words were “you could’ve ordered it”. So you tell me if it’s an actual policy or not. I absolute cannot stand when stupid people make simple things difficult. That employee definitely falls into...
