I arrived at lovely nails to get my nails done with my coworker before I started my vacation. Which was the next day. The manager Tina asked me what services we needed. I told her I would like to get a pedicure and my gel taken off of my nails ( hands)My coworker wanted a pedicure and that’s it. While sitting in the pedicure chair, my coworkers nail tech came to start working on her feet. I waited without any problems. My nail technician walks up to my chair while my feet were soaking and ask me which pedicure package I was going to get. I selected my package. She then asked me what I wanted to do with my hands. I explained to her that I wanted the gel acrylic taken off of my fingernails. She then tells that has to be it, I don’t have time for anything else. I asked her if she had time to do my pedicure. She told me she has an appointment coming. She was very very rude, nasty. She treated me very poorly, like I had ruined her life by walking in. There were several other nail technicians there and she approached me with a horrible attitude and very unpleasant, unwelcoming demeanor. I’ve never felt so rejected and insulted inside of a nail salon. I asked her if I should go, she literally just looked at me with disgust, angry and hate. I was not wanted nor was my business wanted. I got up with wet feet and went to wait for my coworker to get finished. My coworker texted me and asked me if I wanted her to get up and leave, but I didn’t want to start or become the reason why things escalate out of control. So I told her to please finish getting her service. I then asked for the manager, only for her to be condescending and passive. She was really bad at her job as the manager, I will Never Ever Forget this experience. I was treated like trash and no one deserves that. I do not want an apology especially since I did not receive one there. I am an excellent customer and I tip well over 20%. I am caring and respectful to all. This type of behavior has to stop!! People should be treated equally and not profiled. I would give a zero star rating if I could. If this place wants only appointments then they should clarify it on the walk in door. I am very disappointed and extremely disgusted! Shame on you Lovely Nails!! Your business sucks, your customer service sucks, your lack of empathy sucks, and your prices are way to high for your trashy looking salon. A low budget salon that has a nerve to turn a way business. Places like this need to be fined or shut down. You perpetuate so many stereotypes....

I been going here for about 5 years and service has always been good but today I will be removing my support and won't step foot nor recommend another person here.

So I scheduled an appointment for fill and color change I arrived 8 mins late which I did call in advance to let them know when I got there it was still a customer being serviced still no problem and this happens often and I've never complained or made a fuss about while customer is being serviced she adds eyebrows to her service. She finally leaves and now it's my time for service mind you I scheduled a fill and color change on toes only with the same person at the end of my nails I get told oh I won't have time to do your toes she said pedicure I corrected and said I only want color change she laughs and says oh ok then she goes your kids waiting ill schedule you for another time I stated they are fine going out of town can do both services my kids weren't loud nor doing anything to cause attention she then says oh I have another customer she then says I'll ask her to give me a few more mins so I can paint your toes and directs me to a chair so I go sit she goes and says hey are you in rush she has a color change lady says yes and she tells me oh I can't do your toes she's in a rush you will have to wait long time for someone to be done to get it done then says something to customer and laughs about this situation... Tina I expected more than what I received and now after 5 years I will not return not once was I asked did I have time for the chick before me if I had extra time nothing and after getting there I still had to wait almost 15mins to be serviced and then get my services cut. I will not give this place another opportunity to mistreat and then make it a...

I came here with my sister earlier today for our very first pedicures. We had tried 3 other places that day but they were packed. My review is 3 stars mostly because I have no other pedicure experience of my own to compare this one to.

We arrived at Lovely Nails between 2:50pm and 3pm. There was only one other customer and she was getting manicure. We were immediately greeted by all the workers in the store. There were 3 women and 1 older man. The man asked us what we were interested in and showed us the list of services on the wall. We told him we were only here for pedicures and he brought us a separate list that explained the differences between each pedicure service.

We chose the Deluxe Pedicure and were then shown where choose our polish and immediately seated in the chairs. Our feet didn't soak for more than a couple of minutes before our technicians (the younger two of the 3 women) began working on them. The pedicures were nice. They used hot stones for the massage but they only massaged our calves and I couldn't really feel it. The warmth of the stone was nice but there was no pressure applied. Also the massage lasted about 5 mins even though it was supposed to be at least 15 mins. They did a really nice job painting our toenails. Our feet looked really good and were soft to the touch. But they did not feel rested the way I expected and that is probably because they weren't massaged. We were finished and out the door a few minutes before 4pm.

I honestly wouldn't mind coming back here. I didn't have a bad experience at all. But I will give a few other places a try first to see if there is any difference. Also, I saw on the sign that there were complimentary drinks (1 per customer) but we were never...

Had a very poor experience… a technician who came highly recommended provided me very poor service. I came in with dip powder on my nails that needed to be removed. The first huge problem was she cut my nails down short when I asked them to be cut down a little bit- and she did so before she removed the existing dip on my nails… this broke several of my nails and cracked others which was extremely frustrating. As a result many of my nails are uneven with a few broken down after I’ve been growing them out for a while. The technician then shaved down my nails before putting on a little bit of acetone to remove the dip powder. It didn’t all come off which seemed to frustrate her. She ended up not even removing all of the dip from my previous manicure before putting on my new color. My cuticles were not touched and have color all over them. The shaping of my nails is irregular and she did not even ask how I wanted them shaped. It didn’t really matter in the end because of how short they were cut. Additionally there was powder and color all over my fingers that won’t come off with water and soap. See photos for all of the above. I’ve tried 3 techs at lovely and haven’t had a good experience with any. This was unfortunately my last visit with them. I scheduled an appointment at another salon immediately after to have my nails redone. Now on top of the $42 I paid for these, I have to pay to have them removed, get tips added, and have dip powder and manicure all done again.
