Floor & Decor — Attraction in East Brunswick Township

This review is an employee appreciation post which has been due. Thank you Dory for your efforts and making it easier for us to pickup our order even though the store was having issues with flooding. You made the sale for the store, saved us time and a lot of stress on that day, as otherwise we would have cancel and then do pickup from F&D in Princeton.

On May 14, I wanted to pickup my order of large format tiles, a pallet worth of tiles for curbside pickup. It was also raining heavily the day before and there was still a flash flood warning in Middlesex County. When called to complete the pickup, the store associate notified that they had flooding issues and will be unable to do curbside delivery today. This caused a lot of stress as it means the project will either face delay of 1 more week or we have to find alternative. We found the alternative in Princeton Floor & Decor. They had the tiles in stock and can deliver. When I called back to cancel my order in East Brunswick Floor & Decor, an associate named Dory received the call, heard our problem and why we want to cancel the tile order and then called me back after 5 minutes to assure that the order can be delivered from the front gate. When we got there, she ensured that we got our orders moved to the truck and gave us more suggestions on what color grout will look good with the tile. When I first started looking at floor and decor it was at the princeton location, and I was not impressed. After looking on the internet which was closer, I chose, the east Brunswick over the location over springfield. I made two visits there on my second visit.I made my purchases. The young lady who helped me was extremely polite. Courteous and very professional, also, the young man who helped me load up my truck also courteous and very professional. Now in my opinion, I have every right to knock this down one star, because when I went to pick up the balance of my order in the back of the building, The woman at the desk wasn't very pleasant. She didn't even greet me when I walked in the door and I had to approach her to finally get some service, i recommend you pick everything up at your first visit and try to avoid going to the back of the building.You won't be happy if that young lady is there, and trust me, I was not rude at all.I didn't know I needed my order number, i think she needs to be in a job where she doesn't deal...

We’ve been working on a big project renovating five bathrooms, and visiting the Floor & Decor store in East Brunswick was one of the best decisions we made.

The store is beautifully organized, making it easy to visualize different design options. But what truly sets this location apart is the exceptional team. A special thank you to Designer Mansi Patel, who went above and beyond to help us design all five bathrooms. She was thoughtful, detail-oriented, and mindful of both our needs and budget. Her guidance throughout the entire process was invaluable.

The rest of the staff was just as impressive — always ready to help with heavy lifting, last-minute orders, and even easy returns. Everyone was courteous, efficient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly.
