iFixandRepair - Brunswick Square Mall — Attraction in East Brunswick Township

Save your time and money... look somewhere else to get your phone fixed. A couple weeks ago I went in to Ifixandrepair after i broke my phone. I asked the man if he could fix my phone screen and he said ok, I paid around 120 dollars and got my phone when he was done fixing it. I got the phone back and realized that the front camera sensor that turns the phone black when you call someone, wasn't working. I then went back a second time to get that fixed. He replaced the screen and then gave it back. Again I realized the sensor wasn't working, so my mom went back this morning... for the third time. The woman noticed what was wrong and charged us for the new piece to fix it. We paid the price and when it was done the sensor worked fine. I then received my phone after it was fixed and immediately realized that at the top corner there were and still are two small cracks. Along with the cracks, my phone freaks out when typing or swiping and rarely works. We then went back for the FOURTH TIME. She told us that we broke it and it was like that before we gave it to her. I had NO previous problems before with typing or swiping, only after I had gotten it back. The lady told us to come back when one of the workers were in, because he could show on the camera if it was broken before or not. We were very busy today and had to come back late around 9, for the fifth time. The same lady told us that the worker just left. We explained that the typing and swiping wasn't working. She very rudely told us that its because of the small cracks on the top right corner. She then said "I've been doing this for fifteen years, I know how to fix a phone. I didn't crack it." She them implied that in order to fix it we would have to pay AGAIN for the screen, in addition to the screen we already purchased to start with and the piece in the phone that was broken. After all the inconveniences and problems, we have to now pay for another screen if I want my phone fixed and they wont give us any of our money back. There's another store way farther away that fixes for way cheaper and way more efficiently, but at the time it was urgent to get my phone fixed. All I wanted was my phone to be fixed properly. Every time I went to there my phone came back with more problems. After everything, I have to pay more than double I originally expected and deserved to pay. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. By the way I wrote this on my laptop because my phone cant type. Update: I woke up the next morning realizing that the sensor broke... again. I went in for the sixth time. This experience was much different. We went into see a new person. We explain the problems and he must have realized that the crack wasn't our fault and assured us he will fix it. We then came back after he fixed it for the seventh time, he gave us the phone and it worked perfectly everything was working completely fine. Overall, I cant give this more than a two star mainly because of the women who was very rude and disrespectful, but the last man we went to deserves a five star. Do not go here, my phone only had issues with the keyboard. Was able to make phone calls, use the dictation key with no issues, battery ran smooth, back screen is cracked but can be fixed/front screen had a few scratches; Nevertheless when i got the new screen the phone kept turning on and off every two minutes, went back the next day and the guy told me it was because i had the new IOS update and needed the original Iphone screen for $310 (if he knew i had the new software update why change it on the first place). He asked me to come back the next day I went and he did not have the screen size for my phone to comeback the next day. Day 3 he offer to give me my screen back and I said yes, however he couldnt find it and offered a cracked one and I refused. Some costumers showed up at that point and he was aggressive and said comeback tomorrow because i want my screen back as if i were stealing or some Shhhttt. I told him well i want my money back and my original screen too. Day 4 did not go because it was a holiday LABOR DAY. Day 5 he proceeded to tell me he doesnt keep screens and mine was collected from the trash and asked if it was my screen I said idk as long as it is the original screen and my phone works like it used to; Well he installed the old screen took his back and my phone had an internal crack, then after five minutes it turned pink and useless. My phone died but thank GOD I went somewhere else and explain all the BS with the software and all the cluster FAFO for not reading the reviews. My phone is thriving and works wonderful. Do not go here, so unprofessional with that attitude i give this place...

Fast repair at a reasonable price!

I recently dropped my phone and crack my screen pretty badly about 75% of my phone screen was not functioning properly and I had a line going through the middle of my phone. I went into the ifix and repair shop in the mall and I was in a bit of a time crunch. The guy was able to replace my screen for my iPhone 6s in 10 mins and it cost about $75 with tax! Other places were charging more than $100 to replace the screen. (Apple was charging about $130 to replace it) My phone works perfectly and I haven't had a problem with it.
