The Clothing Center — Attraction in East Brunswick Township

I’ve been a customer of the Clothing Center for many years. The prior owner Steve really knew how to make customers feel important. He made sure that every employee was doing the right thing for customers, often jumping in to make sure the customer was 100% satisfied.

Recently, I had a pair of experiences that were not up to those standards. I actually considered no longer shopping there and looking for another place for my every day, casual and dress needs.

After speaking with the manager, Steven, who was extremely understanding and apologetic, he invited my wife and I to have a personal appointment with him, because he too worked with Steve the prior owner and knew the level of service that was required in this segment of the clothing business.

We just left our appointment with Steven. It was impressive. Steven asked questions about what my needs were, and after sizing me up, he told us to have a seat and he’d bring some things over to show us. This is the first time I’ve had a personal experience since the prior owner left. It was everything I had hoped for and more than I had even expected.

I understand that this is a busy business. I understand that hiring today is harder than it ever was. Maybe that was the cause of some of the prior issues, but the way Steven handle the situation and worked with us made us feel like we were the first and only customer in the store. And that’s a level of service I’m willing to pay extra for.

The Clothing Center is absolutely the most phenomenal way to walk in and buy a suit, formal wear, or even casual dress wear and walk out, fitted head to toe and looking amazing. It sounds like an advertisement, but I am actually a mother of a 14-year-old who never had a suit and I needed two suits and two sports jacket outfits and the clothing center took care of everything, including the tailoring within one hour

The clothing center touched my heart. Not only did Timmy look amazing, handsome and stylish…. The owner came out and gave his condolences to both me and to Timmy on the loss of my husband and gave us a significant and meaningful discount so that Timmy would be able to attend Police Week 💙🤍💙 and memorial services and recurve the Medal of Honor for his father who was died in the line of duty as an NYPD, Lieutenant.

You should please support the Clothing Center because the quality and pricing and, most importantly, the customer service just brings the entire outfit together, and make sure every single man looks the very best he possibly can be. Moreover, give your support to the Clothing Center because of the way they treated Timmy with such respect for the reason he needed to have suits and then to give me this huge discount which made a big difference and meant so much money saved and, thus, having for our trip to Police Week 2024 in Washington DC.
