Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in East Brunswick Township

I was VERY disappointed. First, we went to the drive thru and told the guy that I wanted the $24.99 10 pc family meal deal on the app and he told me they only serve 8pc or 12pc ..I was annoyed and me and my family were rushing. We knew it was a new place that opened so maybe they’re not following the app? So we went with the 12 pc(which is the same meal deal as the app but with 2 more pc of chicken and 1 more pc of biscuit) …fine.. we got to the window and the order came to 55 something.. I showed the guy the app bc it was a huge jump for an extra 2 pcs(we also got 2 reg sides too) anyway the guy looks at the phone and told me they do the app, he just needs the number.. he finally rang it up and it came out to $35, which sounds way better than 55 for an extra 2pc of chicken and a biscuit…we saw him tell the other kid that it’s no longer a 12pc, it would be a 10pc. ..the other guy gave us our bag and we began to drive off but thank god I checked the bag bc he forgot our 2 sides…we backed up and the guy gave it to us after confirming with the cashier. Then, we finally got home and needless to say we only had 8 pcs of small chicken.. no breast at all. I was so upset but after working all day at the HMH hospital, being short staff, having my son and I hungry af.. we just said f it. I was so happy bc I love Popeyes and I was happy to see one closer to us. The food was good. The cashier was ok. We just wish the order was correct. It’s not hard to count to 10?🤷🏻‍♀️ In the picture below it looks like 7 but I did count it and it’s 8. There’s 2 overlapping in the box. And 2 on my bfs plate, 1 on mine, and 2...

This was my second time trying this location and I will not be returning. The first time I came here the chicken tasted like it had no seasoning, totally flavorless! It was bizarre. This time I ordered the spicy chicken to ensure it was flavorful. The chicken I received was so dry and overcooked and the pieces were tiny. The biscuit was so stale, hard as a rock on the outside and old tasting on the inside. Take out food is expensive! They ought to be ashamed of themselves for...

Ordered number one classic with 6 piece boneless wings when I got home boneless chicken wings were harder than a rock.
