Retro Rocks — Attraction in East Hempfield Township

Don’t buy your vinyl from here. It’s all over priced and graded inaccurately. Expect warps, scratches, and obliterated covers with VG grades. If the education system graded as leniently as they do we would all have doctorate degrees. Their new vinyl is hit or miss on price. You can find some gems for what their worth or even a rare deal.

Their gems, minerals and fossils are worth checking out but they too often run on the higher end of what they should. I have found some wonderful pieces from the local area in this shop.

It’s a lovely store and the staff are friendly and I hope they are around for a while. They have a broad and eclectic selection and the name is perfect. Hopefully the grading and pricing adjusts appropriately.

Nice store with a neat variety of both spiritual and vintage items. It was fun looking around for the short time we were there. However, we stopped in at 5:00pm on a Sunday, when Google said it was open until 6:00pm, and the young man tending the store was clearly bothered by us being there that late in the day and he kept reminding us that the store was closing at 5:30pm (not 6:00pm, like it showed on Google). I would have normally bought something, but his rushing us out of there was a turn off, so I didn't want to buy anything. It kind of ruined the vibe...

Always a lovely time here. There is so much to see in such a small space! From clothing, to lots of jewelry, to a variety of rocks/stones, to records, etc., it’s a never ending loop of new things to find! It’s typically not very busy, which makes shopping here slightly more enjoyable (due to the small space in the store). They have a lot to see so more than one trip is necessary to get the full experience & see all that they have to offer. Prices are a bit more expensive in the grand scheme of things, but I believe their products are...
