Sunflower Beauty Salon — Attraction in East Los Angeles

I have been going to this salon since 2005. My mom had contracted a hair dresser for my quince... she ignored all my requests and my hair looked awful. We ended up looking up places that could take us asap, and ended up here, no appt, and in a bind. They saved my hair and look that day. I've been a loyal customer ever since.

The women there are very good at what they do and love their careers. They are always helpful with hair tips and care. They always listen to their customers requests double check their work, and are honest. Love...

Very bad service!!! I don't understand why someone would rate them a 5 star!! I walked in & I was tottaly ignored!! I asked if they were available to give my twin boys a haircut and they said yes but kept talking amongs eachother about a party and makeup! I was polite and gave them a chance so I sat nicely to be helped but after 8 minutes of them ranting about a party & people they didn't like, I gave up & walked out!!! Very bad customer service!!! I was at a loss yesterday. I couldn't find my straightening iron and I needed to do my hair for my best friends' wedding. I found this salon on Google and they really came in clutch. I completely spaced and didn't ask for her name but she took me in almost immediately and had patience while I struggled to find a hairstyle that i partially had in mind. She listened. My hair came out super cute and it didn't even take too long. I was in such a hurry and she did such an amazing job. 👏...
