The main lady is just too rude. We have been long time customers and wanted to support our local marketita, but after forgiving a bad milk experience due to fridges that weren't up to temp, we needed the lady's assistance due to a lost card and she straight up said no she would not look in her lost and found. After baggering because I was amazed at her unwillingness to help me out, she said ok hold on, but chose to hang up on me in less then one minute. I myself have worked and work in customer service most my life. I get that it can get busy, fine, take a number down call back on your down time. The next day whatever. But to just say no and hang up is unacceptable. The butchers are nice, the young cashier was a pleasant experience, but the Lady has always been a cold fish and now upright disrespectful....
   Read moreThis morning, I went to Talpa meat market to get some menudo for my family and I. I came home. We all sat down. When I opened the containers we came to realize that all the menudo seems to be all of this week’s leftovers. As if they got only menudo left overs and are selling it to people. This isn’t food…and sadly, we had throw the menudo in the trash. I should call health services for inspections in their kitchens because they’re gonna get people sick with this. I don’t recommend this place to anyone around the area. I didn’t go back to return the food because I’m a bit far so that’s why I’m making this review. Le dije al que trabaja en la cocina ( es el único hombre que trabaja en la cocina, las demas son mujeres) que no le pusiera jitomate pero que le pusiera extra jalapeño. Bueno, hizo la torta y le dije que me pusiera 2 salsas. Me dijo que no, que solo me podia poner una. Le pregunté porque? Su respuesta fue por que le habia puesto extra jalapeño. Le dije, pues cobremelas.. me dijo que las salsas no se vendian. Total, no quiso.
Estas personas no entienden que si el cliente les pide la comida de tal o cual manera o extra condimemtos su obligación como gente que esta en un negocio es tener al cliente contento y que regrese. Si el cliente pide esto o lo otro es por que lo va a pagar.
Muchas veces los dueños de negocios ni cuenta se dan del comportamiento de sus trabajadores . Deben estar mas pendientes de esos detalles por que son la diferencia entre mantener o perder clientes.
Por lo pronto, ya no consumire ahi y todo por culpa de un trabajador. Si esta persona hace eso constantemente, cuantos clientes...
