X-PCzone Computer Repair — Attraction in East Los Angeles

I've been using XPC Zone for the last 13 years (from back when I was in college in 2007) for a variety of services. DATA RECOVERY & WINDOWS RECOVERY: At the beginning of 2019, I encountered a hard drive failure work on my computer due to a power issue. Jose was able to extract all of my data including files and pictures and back it up to another hard drive, right before the drive completely failed. While I did lose some of the files becuase of corruption, he recovered YEARS and YEARS of pictures and video that were priceless. KEYBOARD REPLACEMENT: I had Jose perform a keyboard replacement of my HP laptop. The mouse pad was a known issue on this particular model, so I purchased a replacement and he cleanly and quickly installed the keyboard for me at a very competitive price. WINDOWS INSTALLATION. Most recently (Nov 2020), Jose inexpensively was able to upgrade my computer to Windows 10 from 8.1. I was having a hard time getting it to upgrade, but he was able to get the job done.

I am pretty saavy when it comes to Windows computers but it is hard to find time to dedicate to perform these kinds of tasks. I have no problem trusting Jose and XPC Zone to do them for me, even with my personal, sensitive data files. Plus they're very competitive with prices and Jose will work with you. They have come through for me time and time again, and will always have me as a customer.

Came into the store and dropped off my computer on a Saturday explaining that I needed it for school. They told me it was a free diagnostic. Called Monday since they were closed Sunday. Told they were looking at my computer and they'd call me back. Got out of school and called and they explained what the issue was and quoted me a price and a time to pick up my computer. I go into the shop to see if it's finished half a hour past the time. I was quoted a way higher price then they told me over the phone and was charged a higher fee for being priority which I had never asked for or agreed too. Had to explain to him that had I known that it was going to take awhile since they failed to communicate with me I would have just taken my computer somewhere else. He offered to take everything out of the computer if I wanted to do that. They definitely need to learn to communicate with customers and should honor prices they tell folks over the phone instead of raising prices for imaginable fees especially when the customer never...

I returned again to X-PCzone for a Battery replacement on my MacBook Pro and once again they have taken the best care of my laptop and the best and fair prices! Jesus is the best and I will be referring X-PCzone to all my friends and family. Thank you again Jesus! My previous review below is still says it all:)

I am so grateful that I found X-PCzone Computer And Phone Repair! What a relief to know there is an honest, reliable and skilled Mac repair shop here in Los Angeles. My Macbook Pro had a battery and power issue that was quickly repaired within a few days at a very reasonable price. I also needed a new Wifi Card and they promptly resolved that issue as well.
