Very nice, open parking lot. Free for east lyme or niantic residents. If not $10. The park is up the hill not walking in this hot sun. Bathrooms are very clean. Very impressed will be back

Beautiful vistas off the cliff, and it's got a (clean!) bathroom. However, parking is a little tricky to figure out - you'll need to drive down to the beach area first.

First time I was ever a here and I love it! ♥️💛♥️You have the best of both worlds - picnic area and access to 3 beaches - white sand and clean! I had a wonderful time.

A good place for a local family to go to, you won't see the power station to the left of McCook's point, making it a bit of a visual splendor. There are bathrooms available and some parking.

A playground is up the hill for those more active families, and some paths to walk around that give different views of the Niantic shoreline. I recommend bringing some food here for an afternoon lunch.

McCook Point connects to the Niantic Boardwalk and Niantic Beach, which makes up about a 1.3 mile walk from one point to another. There is car access to McCook Point Park from Columbus Rd, though footpath access from a tunnel on the other side...

Mccook's is our town park and beach in Niantic Connecticut. It's got a very nice Trail on a large Hill that overlooks Long Island Sound, there's a playground for the kids and there's also a beach below that's very nice and small. The children love when the ice cream truck comes that's one of my son's Favorite Things is to go to McCook Point Park and get an ice cream after playing on the playground sets or playing at the beach. I have to say that the playgrounds are wonderful they're theirs 3 large playground sets and one small one for smaller children and there is a swing set which makes for...

Great beach. Well kept. Even has a playground. Can get to it by Toby D's or from the boardwalk. My daughter likes to swim out to the dock, which has a ladder to jump off. Although it doesn't have a life guard or one, I have seen when we went. Great music entertainment in the summer. Have camps at times. My daughter and I prefer this beach to all the other ones. Can Walk around has a walkway, and you can access the boardwalk for a longer walk or run. It has areas to sit within the park area. It can be tranquil looking out at the water. Something about water being soothing. All around...
