Visited store after was closed Saturday Night & staff still closing up. Needed a rapid fire light for my seat post to make it safe to ride into New London for the concert on the square. Salesman I have worked with before showed me some options, took it out of package, rigged it up and put it on my bike, made change out of his pocket and sent me on my way a tad safer for twilight and eventually dark ride home. Must say pretty typical service with quality bike gear good customer service beyond the basics and like I said safer ride overall. Fortunate to have such quality folks and inventory and service on the block in sleepy yet lively Niantic. Bike Gallery in Portland & other fine shops been able to use...similar. Great bike shop! Awesome customer service. We brought our old mountain bikes in and they did a quick, unpressured assessment of what we should/shouldn't rehab on them - made some good suggestions and informed us well of cost estimates. Ultimately, after we picked up the bikes and took them out for the first ride, my husband's gears weren't working well between 5th and 6th. We rode back over there and the owner (Steve) happened to be in early on Sunday morning and happily fixed the gears while we stood in the parking lot and chatted. About a week later my chain snapped on the way home from a ride and we brought the bike back in and Steve very nicely fixed the chain for free. ...

Shawn, the technician, provided outstanding service—he is highly knowledgeable about bicycles and ensured precise measurements for a perfect fit tailored to my needs. Additionally, he offered recommendations for local rides in the area. The pricing cannot be beat. I highly recommend this shop for anyone seeking quality service...
