My husband had rebuilt an old computer and it had Windows 7 in it which caused it eventually to be quite slow and unresponsive. Both of us had used web tech services previously so I took my tower down to Chris. Within a few days he had completely rewards the computer including installing Windows 10 and was able to save all of my former programs including my Microsoft money, Picasa, and Microsoft Word. I am so grateful as I was so afraid I would lose those three vital programs to me. The charge was less than $200 and I just cannot say enough about his kindness and patience. He even took over the computer at home when a few programs needed more assistance. Since then I've been hacked & scammed, and both times WT has completely wiped & restored everything.
