I will admit the people that work There are pretty awesome But unfortunately in the four years that i've been going there I've seen nothing but a decline They change their prices from the website in a moment's notice. They also have the highest prices in Peoria. It's just cheaper to drive to Bloomington and get my Medical There. They literally scalp you on prices If you look at their prices and compare them to any other place, say Beyond Hello and just look at the price comparison This is a place not meant for medical patients It's about getting your last dollar I can't believe I drove all the way from Pekin to Peoria. To get my medical, and they change their prices within 45 minutes Then the gentleman was rude with me and made it out like I was a liar even though I showed him a copy from his website showing the price, basically I was told that that was my problem and there was nothing they were going to do about it. So I am now refusing to give them any more of my money and I hope anyone that reads this does the same. I am currently trying to contact there main office but when I tried to get that phone number. They were not willing to give it to me. Furthermore, about 8 months ago I even had an employee Try to take one of my pens After he wrung me up for it and he hid it underneath the register and I thought it was in my bag when I got out to my car. It was not in the bag and I had to go back into the building where the employee said that he had gave it to me, and they found it under his register after he had charged me for it. I have had a multitude of issues with this facility. And I know I'm not the only one. If you're having the same problems that I've had do your best to try to contact their customer service or their corporate. I'm not letting this go, I've dealt with enough. They seen on my driver's license that I was a veteran, and everything was pleasant up until I pulled out my money and wanted to purchase a vape cartridge. I wanted a .5 cartridge around 50 bucks. That was not the case instead they said that they have a .3 for 50 bucks but it comes with a battery included so lucky me right? I don't have to charge up a battery. The problem is that battery runs out before the cartridge does, and they know this. Also people do not want to spend 60 bucks on .3 that's going to last them maybe 8 hours. When I have already purchased a battery that is rechargeable I don't need your cartridge that already has a battery attached. Why don't you guys sell 0.3 cartridges? It's because you would have to sell them at the correct price. I believe it is wrong to try and upsell, and scam people for your own benefit and profit when you're supposed to be helping people. And for them to say that they're all eco-friendly, and green and blah blah blah blah blah my only question is how many disposable batteries that cannot be recharged are on the side of the road like cigarettes butts? They were out of white truffle, it was on the menu they said they were getting more. 2 days later I order it and they are out. I told the guy that it's been on the menu but out for a few days and he just laughed at me until his coworker confirmed what I was saying. The menu is not reliable. Went in on Friday the 14th of June and once again they weren't taking med patients first which is the law that's why we pay money not to wait in line because some of us can't stand long and there's no seating. The kid manager there that day was making his budtenders take rec. first. I said that's not how it's supposed to work. Med patients go first and he just laughed and shook his head and kept calling rec up to the counter. Looked like he was barely 21. I've been going there for a couple years and usually hit my limits every 2 weeks but I can no longer go to a place that doesn't obey the rules but expects us to. They should just make all their dispensaries rec so med patients don't go in there expecting to be first in line just to be overlooked for rec customers. Now if there's little or no rec customers in there med patients can get right up there.
