Creations Jewelry — Attraction in East Windsor Township

Sorry for the delay in my review! Everyone should come here and support this jewelry store. I’m a ‘92 baby, born and bred in east windsor so the fact that this store has been in East Windsor for decades means a lot to me and that’s a testament to their hard work and obvious high customer satisfaction.

Mike and Kathy(or Cathy) have been nothing short of sweet when speaking to me about my jewelry and what I would like done. Even better Mike will recommend other options that are better for you and your jewelry.

I went and had a necklace fixed, and prior to that watch batteries replaced. I found out my mom had jewelry created from Mike many years ago as well and she wants to go back to him soon for additional jewelry.

From the time when I dropped off to pick up was very quick and they were still nice when I called a couple days too early lol! Seriously, let’s support them and I can’t see any other place I would want to go to simply because of the people that work there and of course the quality of their work!

I started going to this store about 3 years ago. The owner and workers were welcoming from the start. They never pushed me to buy or do anything until I wanted to, which I found to be very refreshing. I originally came for a simple watch battery for my Movado and found myself at a reasonable priced store with multiple selections and options to fit my needs as a costumer. Till this day my battery is running and now I go to them for all my jewelry needs. Just two weeks ago I went to Creations Jewelry to fix my engagement ring when I saw that the prongs were broken. Within a week the owner, Mike, fixed my ring and called me as soon as it was ready so I new the job was done. All of the work they do stays in the store so I did not have to worry about other people touching my ring. When I went to go get my ring, I saw he polished and cleaned my ring for free. I purchased an Omega Seamaster from this business online. They listed the item as new and unused, however upon inspecting the item on arrival several screws on the bracelet had obviously been removed at some point as they were scratched and partially stripped. Several days later I was sizing the bracelet and realized that the half links that are supposed to be on the bracelet weren’t there, which was likely why the screws were stripped. Without question this item was not new and unused as they claimed.
