I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. Landmark installed a fence - but a section of it was done improperly and it was sitting in the dirt instead of the correct placement. I called and texted MANY times and for months they said, "we're busy and will get out to fix it when we can."
they finally stopped by to fix/adjust it - and instead of coming and talking to me and letting me know they were there, they parked on the other side of the fence and didn't let me know they were there. Then, one of the people got out of the truck and took a sledgehammer and hit the wrong post - trying to smash it further into the ground! Instead of raising the post that was already too low!
So I called again and asked them to come back again because they screwed it up more. I spoke with the owner, Wayne, (again) and asked him to come back and fix it. He said they would when they could.
Well, more time goes by. A lot more. Continued to prompt Wayne and ask again. They finally come back, do next to nothing, and the fence is still screwed up - sinking further into the dirt.
I contacted him again via text - and he acknowledged he received the text but never came back again to fix it.
I'm tired of calling and texting - so I'm finally writing this review. See the photo of the fence with the slats in the dirt. It will rot much faster and looks bad.
I'm also contacting the Mass. Consumer Protection in our Attorney General's office because I want a reimbursement so I can hire another fence installer to fix this...
