I knew from the moment she started filling down my nails to put the tips on it was going to be rushed. She cut me several times and my actual nail ripped off and is just down to the skin. She was very rude when i told her she had been filling it down to much. I asked her if she could fix it and she started yelling at her coworker. She was doing a sloppy job trying to fix one nail so i asked if i could just have them taken off and she was very rude and told me she wouldn’t be taking them off and continuously cut me multiple times after and filled it down even though i told her not to she smudge all my nail polish and they looked like i used expired chunky nail polish on my nails and it was a very thin layer of acrylic which made them super easy to take off so i doubt they would have lasted me a week. I paid $50 for something i didn’t want and i took them off the minute i left she was very rude and...
Read moreI had an absolutely horrendous experience at LA Nails in Eden Pride Mall. I went in for a dip powder manicure and it turned out to be a nightmare. The lady who was supposed to remove my previous manicure ended up hurting me and did a sloppy job. The very next day, my freshly done nails broke and chipped. The service was beyond disappointing, and to top it off, they didn't even offer a refund.
I reached out to them about the issues, and while they did offer to help, I couldn't bring myself to trust their service again after the mess they made the first time. It's clear that these guys don't prioritize quality or customer satisfaction. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from LA Nails in Eden Pride Mall unless you want to waste your time and money on a terrible experience. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different nail salon with...
Read moreI was there yesterday, August 27, 2015. They were so rude and did an absolute TERRIBLE job on my nails. I got a spa pedicure (basic) and french manicure, my manicure turned out horrible and had to be redone. The white part of the polish bled into where the clear should be. I asked them if they could fix it politely, and they acted like it was an inconvenience. It was their mistake. Today I woke up, gave my infant a bath and it's chipping already! Now I do realize that manicures do not have a long life span, however, not even 24 hours is a little rediculous! I would never go back nor would I recommend them to anyone. When I was ready to leave I handed the man my card and looked at me point blank, and said, "oh you don't have cash?" I said no. He then asked if I was sure.... Yes I was sure! Just rude people. Who asks that? I would...
