Patty, the bagger was incredibly nasty, rude and attitudinal just now. Please retrain her on customer service or replace her with a more hospitable person who better represents your brand. I don't expect to bicker with an employee who should be assisting me with getting through the line and out of the store in a timely fashion.

Manager, Mary McEvoy, I'll be honest, on a "pettier" day, I would have left ALL 42 bags of groceries on your checkout belt with Patty's attitude and taken my VERY LARGE purchase elsewhere. Your store was clean, we'll-organized and employees in all other areas were models of professionalism and courtesy. Nonetheless, Pattry drug you down from 5 stars to 2 with her horrible attitude. My cashier, Pauline, was professional and the gentleman who assisted us at the seafood counter...

Not happy with my last shopping. I go to this store almost every week to buy groceries. Went to there again recently, everything went well until I got to the check out area. When the cashier checking out my items, I was preparing my membership card, credit card, and checking the price on the screen. After I paid for my order, the cashier - Melisa, went to the register to her left and start chatting with her colleague. I have to pack all my stuff, which I'm not good at. I spent a lot time on packing, the customers after me had to wait for my packing, and during that time, Melisa just keeping chatting with her colleague, she didn't even try to help. I'm not sure if it's my responsibility to packing after check out, but I'm sure Melisa should not have a long chat...
