They told me to bring it back so I went back to Edg from VH only to learn they didn't have another in stock. Made an appointment to have new one put in after it arrived. Got there and the guy had left for the day. Finally got it fixed the next day and within a month it was a mess -- lines, streaks, a corner of the screen turning black and getting bigger. I was in need of an older model Microsoft Surface Pro charger that not even a Microsoft store off island could get in stock for a week.
