Pizza was fine. Staff was mean. Not going back.

Still reading? I was delivering pizza myself about a decade ago, so I don't criticize lightly. Flash forward to today and I went to pick up an order my mom had made. They told us 30 minutes, showed up after about 40 — still wasn't ready and there's a pretty long line of people waiting ahead of me. "Wait in your car and we'll bring it out, please." That's fine.

I read a book for another 15 minutes or so in my car. They bring food out to other people waiting in their cars. Finally it's my turn. "Mel!" the woman says, and she promptly leaves my order on the porch out front. I said "thank you" as she amscrayed and — not assuming anything — when I went to pick it up I hear the woman LOUDLY say "Did you see what I just did!?" followed by laughter inside. It was clearly in reference to me.

My guess they didn't like that I hadn't yet tipped. The irony here is that I had cash in hand that I was going to give to whoever finally gave me the pizza, but they made sure that didn't end up happening. I really get that sometimes orders are late because things are busy, but I don't think I deserved that kind of treatment because I hadn't immediately tipped on a very late...

I thought people were being jerks saying they serve frozen pizza. They were not wrong, and it only takes being served to know it. The pizza was borderline burned on top and barely cooked underneath. That is a dead giveaway, a pizza oven is not the proper place for frozen pizza, nor is a pizza parlour. I was tempted to ask for a refund immediately, but we already started on the pie, so I bit the bullet. Thank god I only ordered a cheese pizza and fries. The fries were also frozen shoestring, how do I know because the were hauling frozen food across the diner while we ate. I don't recommend this for anyone. There's a supermarket up the street a bit and you can buy a better quality frozen pizza there for...

Edgartown pizza has the BEST pizza on the island. Their pizza tastes amazing and it tastes the same every time I get it, which is exactly what I like - consistency. All of their menu items have great value and the Brazilian meals can last 2/3 days for one person. I highly recommend Edgartown Pizza, as they have the best value for food on the island, get your order ready fast, and have a HUGE menu - all delicious! If I were to recommend my favorites; all the pizzas are delicious, the steak Brazilian meal is my favorite item, and the mozzarella sticks are great as well. I’ve also gotten a burger here and it was big and less than $10! Can’t beat the price...
