I went in based on a 10 pack vitamin b12 shot that I purchased from Groupon because I am Anemic. The receptionist stated the onetime IV therapy does the same (energy and metabolism) and could swap out so I do not have to make 10 visits which I did not mind at that time of purchase. I also had a consultation for the other services offered (Botox and weight loss) so I went in at 1pm and left at 4:30pm. I waited 1hour for the nurse to drag a qtip across my face removing my makeup and convincing me it was not needed after that 15 minutes of her being on repeat I was sold that I was not a candidate. Finally I was hooked up to the IV, my arm became cold so I asked for a towel and the nurse said they are all in the laundry. When it was time to take out the IV my blood splattered everywhere (chair,floor,clothes) I did clean my own blood from the floor as she walked away but the chair NO. The woman who consulted me on weight loss did check on me and offer me water which I was happy to have. I must add this very important piece, I went home not feeling a thing. I am someone who suffered from migraines in the past and would have to go into the ER for IV therapy. I ALWAYS feel immediate relief (10 minutes most) and leaves a pleasant taste to my mouth. Anyways, I developed a migraine and woke up with a major migraine the next morning crying and feeling horrible along with a bad taste in my mouth. I find it strange it was an adverse effect and has never happened to me even in other spas aside from the hospital. I will say this- I will not be going back and in fact will be canceling my appointment I had for weight loss. I’m glad I mustered up the energy to take care of my children, house errands and write this review because lord knows I wondered if I would make it through. The service gave me a migraine and anxiety. Not an increase in energy btw I’m still with a migraine. Note regular price is $99. Please Be mindful. Also my birthday is next week so this was a part of my self care plan to treat myself. I do not drink, smoke or engage in any activities, beside occasional gym and shopping, I pay attention to what I eat and the products I use so I can easily direct myself to this product being used for IV and my body just doesn’t like it. If I could suggest 0 stars, I would. Originally I visited this office because of an Instagram post. On my initial visit I was quoted I believe $15/ unit for Botox and an offer for a monthly membership for $189/ month to get a quote for $10, which was weird because most Medspa's in Edgewater offer $10 unit w/o a membership fee. I left and was going to find another business. I log onto IG not even 2 days later and see a $10/ unit promotion for new clients. First red flag, why wouldn't the team notify me that they would be running a special literally in a few days for the price I was interested in. I still booked because I'm big on not wasting businesses time as I did come in for a free consultation. Also I forgot to mention in my consultation I was suggested 55 unit. When I came in for my appointment the same injector quotes me 80 units lol, it was a total upsell tactic. I stayed with the original consultation of 55 units. Also I forgot to also mention when I was in the room to receive the service, there was a bloody gauze on the floor, and when I brought it to the attention of the injector she picked it up and I had to remind her to change her gloves. I should of left then but I support young people so I stayed. Second red flag! Once the service was over, the front desk attendant suggest a two -week follow-up appointment, she tells me most people don't need further Botox but suggest I come in. I'm very busy and said cool as long as I get a reminder. Now I do take accountability I forgot about the follow up, but keep in mind I didn't get a call. Check my credit card statement and there is a $75 charge on my card. I called to inform team about the charge and they tell me its a no-show cancellation fee. I spoke with the general manager and she refused to refund me. She offered to apply it to future services which at this point I was not ever patronizing this business. No call to remind the client, no courtesy for a first time and potential life long clients, poor customer service skills, poor sales skills, the consultation ceremony feels totally ingenious and commission driven, and unsanitary!!!! I initially signed up for a monthly membership for monthly IV treatments & B12 shots, but after a few visits, I also highly recommend trying a wide variety of beauty services bc of the expertise level of all the specialists here.

I received the Deluxe Hydrafacial with a few “Add On” Upgrades including the Bright Alive Booster & LED Infrared Light. Her hands are magical, she did lympathic drainage facial massage and contouring and I walked out G L O W I N G!

I have found incredible value in the “Look your Best” monthly membership…. and can’t wait to try...
