Loui Boil - Cajun Seafood Boil Restaurant/Crab House - Spicy/Heat/Bold Flavor — Restaurant in Edgewater

My husband and I came here for lunch today for the first time and we are never coming back. While we were eating our boil, my husband removed a piece of an STAINLESS STEEL SPONGE out of his mouth. Needless to say we were very upset and when we addressed it with the waitress, she awkwardly stood there with no response. Only after I started getting more upset because of her lack of response is when she apologized and said she will address with the kitchen. Her response not only lacked genuine care but even the manager didn’t even offer or ask how can they make things right. When we got our bill, all they did was remove one order of noodles off of our tab and we still paid for pretty much our entire sub par meal. Such poor customer service and lack of accountability. They didn’t even say bye or look at us in the eye when we were leaving and we walked right past them lol. This place is a joke. You are better off going to Captain...

Came with a party of 3 and ordered the king crab, shrimp, mussels, sausages, and corn and the seasoning and flavor were out of this world. Seafood was so fresh, and the spicy spice level definitely has a kick but was perfect for someone who loves spice. Seasoning was flavorful without it being too salty or bland. Service was also exceptional - very friendly staff. We were recommended to eat from the bottom, which I would also suggest as the seafood on the bottom had more time to soak up more of the seasoning. Overall had a very pleasant time and dining experience here! Love to know that a seafood boil has opened up in Edgewater - will definitely be my new seafood spot and will be coming back!! 10/10 would...

What a gem! This is my new favorite place. My family loves seafood crab Cajun boil and this by far is the best we’ve had. We’ve had a good amount, pretty much every seafood boil around.
