Some of these restoraunts don’t know how to treat their customers and they don’t make up for their faults. The other day I ordered something from The Great Burrito and they sent utensils along with the food to my home. The next day at work for the third time in a row they mess up my order and they don’t send me utensils along with the food while I’m at work. I spent $60.00 for this? After I spent sixty dollars at your restoraunt, you can’t send me utensils so that I could eat the food I ordered from your restoraunt? After I had given great reviews and recommended The Great Burrito to my coworkers and friends I regret ever doing these things to a restoraunt that let me and my friends down. I’ve worked in the food industry for about three years and I learned that if you want people to keep coming back, you have to give them the whole experience. I’ve been ordering from the great burrito for the last three years and initially this was literally my absolute favorite restaurant to order from. The burritos were HUGE. I always ordered the grilled chicken burrito and it was seasoned very well and they put a lot of chicken in it. I have sadly watched the decline lately. I remember a while ago they ended up increasing the price for the burrito by $2 or so, however the way they stuffed the burrito didn’t change so I was ok with it. For the amount of food you we’re getting, a $2 increase didn’t bother me at all. Lately however, the amount of food in the burrito decreased by around 25% and on top of that the amount of chicken inside was cut in half. Now these burritos are mostly rice, 25% smaller, yet same price. Sadly this isn’t worth it...
