Can I just start off with....Wow! I found Restore Hyper Welness while being active on Instagram. I saw they were doing a founding membership so I decided to check them out in person. Upon arriving you will see a gorgeous and precessional store front and will attest your eyes! When I entered I was greeted with a very vibrant and friendly staff. This is very important because these days it is very rarely do we see customer service and experience, but I can see they have done well, I am in one of the largest companies known for Customer Service. They were all busy but found the time to greet me and ask if I had time for a tour when I replied yes you could see they all were authentically excited about being there! This place is super modern and has lots of areas to improve your overall health from anti-aging to improving your quality of sleep and recovery ! Not to mention IV Drips /IM shots , cryoslimming /toning ! Just make sure to see their core services and packs sheet to get an in-depth understanding of all they provide. I signed up on 8/18/23 with ease with the delightful staff member ( I don't like to name drop but I know she is in the grand opening pic to the right on IG ) she was amazing informative and attentive , plus she got me to sign up very easily and the process was quick and seamless! Thank You!! found myself there on 8/20/23 getting my first IV drip with additional aminos and vitamins! I am to excited and I feel amazing the knowledgeable head nurse made it very simple and described what each vitamin and amino provided to my health and body. I respect and enjoy when information is provided without ask. Let's see .... Gorgeous super clean establishment ,nice location, the perfect staff and the state of the art techniques and services! Read moreBeware of the membership policies here. They did everything to sign me up after the $50 promo last year. Promised I can cancel at any time. Technically you can - but you will be charged for an extra month according to “the policy” as you have to give them a 30 day notice.
Their credits expire after 100 days. I got pregnant last October. While pregnant it’s safe to use only one service at Restore. On top of that, it’s a complicated pregnancy and I was advised not to do even compression therapy in the first trimester. The staff was not kind or understanding or even willing to listen. It’s fair to try to work something out with the credits that I already paid for with my memberships each month, considering I can’t use them during my condition. Got my ok for pressothetapy today, wanted to use last credits that didn’t expire yet. They said the credits expired 4 days ago and there are not going make an exception to let me use them.
Every time they keep referring me to their POLICY like robots.
Your corporate POLICY is not everything to live by, you should remain human and maybe actually care about customers’ wellbeing and wellness at least a little bit.
So I paid for 4 or 5 months membership, went there only 4 times.
What a SHAME. I obviously will never go back after I give birth neither will I recommend this place to anyone in the neighborhood. Way to go with establishing a new business. Your client retention policy is top...

Whether you have basic questions or you need a few extra minutes in a service, the staff here is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the happiness of their customers/members. Special shout out to Brian - he has been a prime example of why I have had a great experience here and I’m looking forward to trying out new services they have to offer.
The only knock I give this place is their hours, they close too early and their corporate/upper management really needs to fix this issue because everyone complains about this and they are losing members left and right because of it - it’s insane and beyond me as to why they don’t fix such a significant and fixable issue. But as I said, staff and services are fantastic and for this reason deserve a 5/5 rating.
