R.F. Moeller Jeweler — Attraction in Edina

Justin Kent was fantastic to work with from the time I walked in to initially look and express interest in a new watch (to ultimately hand down to my infant son someday) until today when I picked it up. He took the time necessary to show me multiple exhibition models a couple different times and never made me feel rushed or like he was inconvenienced. He also was great at not trying to drive me in a particular direction with my purchase and let me figure out for myself what was best for me. Picked up my new watch today and Justin did a great job sizing it (again no pressure from him on how I should wear it) and presenting it to me with a beverage of my choice and it all just made for a really nice experience. Was a really easy, seamless experience with no pressure at any point from beginning to end, just as it should be. Would definitely recommend Justin and the team at R.F. Moeller in Edina! Top notch, class act.

Justin came through yesterday (10/27/23) with a second timepiece that I will have for life and eventually hand down to my son. Before I found R.F. Moeller, I was browsing the numerous known jewelry stores for an engagement ring and I was not too impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail I was finding. However I continued my search and as I googled and found R.F. Moeller and saw their 5.0 star rating I became quite curious to the truthfulness of their repertoire. The ratings exemplify exactly what they stand for and exhibit in the character of their employees. We worked specifically with Patrick and Camila. They were most helpful and a complete joy/pleasure to work with. They walked us through the process of selecting a ring and provided an array of information to adequately educate us to help us make this important decision. I could not be happier with the ring we selected and the painless process of getting to that point. If you are searching for a jewelry store that will guide you to purchasing the most affordable and beautiful ring for your budget then you must give R.F. Moeller the opportunity. You will be completely satisfied. I look forward to working with them in the years down the road with anniversaries/birthday and all those special moments. This was my second purchase from R.F. Moeller, and once again, I have nothing but good things to say about this local jeweler. I had purchased an engagement ring for my fiancee in September of 2016, but now that our wedding date is nearing, we needed to look for wedding bands. The individual I had the pleasure of working with was Patrick Mullins. He was very easy to work with and worked to find me a band that was in my "style", size, and most importantly, price. I had found a band that I really liked but was quite a bit higher than what I wanted to spend. I asked Patrick if we had any other options that were similar in look but lower in price. He custom ordered a band for me, told me to come back in two weeks and look at the band, and if I was not satisfied, he would return it no questions asked. Well, there was no need to return the band - I went and picked it up today and it looked great, and was half the price of the first band I looked at. Patrick did a great job and I appreciated all his help. I looked at other jewelers for my band but DID NOT find the customer service that was anywhere close to what Patrick and the other associates at R.F. Moeller provide. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this jeweler and would absolutely recommend...
