The service was great! The trainee tagging along with our waitress was obviously more passionate than the kitchen staff… the food has raw cheese, and I get it, cheese can be eaten right out of the bag… but I didn’t get out of my own kitchen and drive 30 miles just to eat cold cheese out of someone else’s fridge you know? Let alone pay for it… the pizza itself was crisp on the bottom which is a good sign, but it was raw in the middle and fried on top.. this is a sign the ovens are too hot and they are going for quantity over quality.

The fat tony, everyone’s favorite pizza here… had so much cheese on it that the rest of the toppings were cold. The people that I was with were talking about how “the pizza is never like this” but this is the third time I’ve been here with the exact same results. I will not get off my couch to come here and eat the swill that a 2-year old could bake in an easy bake oven.

The fat tony comes with red onions, the onions however tasted like they had been left in a plastic container and covered with plastic wrap for two days. It was as if B.O had been turned into...

The food was excellent. I always love the vegan pizza(with a bunch of veggies of course).

However this review is more about the service. About half way through my meal I bumped my table and knocked my pizza on the floor. My waiter (Mason) instantly noticed ran over and picked everything up. While picking everything up he asked if I was okay before worrying about anything else, which is a great thing to be asked after anything happens. He then immediately let me know he would see what his manager can do. The manager (I did not catch his name) came over and instantly offered to make me another pizza which I greatly appreciated as I was bringing the extra pizza home for my family, and I did not expect that given that I bumped into the table knocking the food on the ground, which was 100% my fault.

Before and after this Mason was very nice and timely with all request or anything he noticed needed to be done.

I absolutely plan on going back I have never once had a bad experience here and I am more than happy with my...

The pizza is not good. The online ordering system is very misleading, the “white pies” are incorrectly labeled on their online ordering platform on their website. the menu on the website differs from their ordering menu on their site which makes no sense.

I was excited to try this place and ordered a pizza to find out when i got home there is no sauce. We literally did not eat any of it after biting into it as it was disgusting. I called nicely, and talked to nathan the manager. I asked him very politely if i could come get another pizza due to the incorrectly labeled menu because i really wanted to give this place another shot. He said no and obviously did not care at all.

Management: also 1 star. If the owners or someone who cares here is reading this please help this place. Im shocked that a such a prominent business handles issues like this in such a...

I love that Edmond got an Empire!!! My daughter and I went tonight and got the Garlic Knots and two slices of their daily slice pizzas. They have a list that they will drop at your table that will tell you their daily slice options. They are $4.25. Their menu is a QR code you scan. The Garlic Knots are garlicy and served with a side of marinara. Who doesn't love Garlic breath? The pizzas are thin crust with a nice, crispy bottom. I love the Fat Tony and white pizza. I recommend these if they are on the menu. While we waited for the pizza, it was fun looking at all the posters on the wall. Service was good, immediately greeted when we came in the door, our server promptly greeted us and offered the specials. She answered any questions we had and checked back on us throughout our visit.

Our first visit was spectacular! We've searched this area for years for a halfway decent pizza joint with ZERO luck. The surrounding area is clean and contemporary. The same can be said for this establishment. We were warmly greeted and sat immediately. The service staff was attentive and helpful. Though, due to my error, I was given a slice instead of a full pie. However, they remedied my mistake even though they didn't have to. We tried a pie of the Uncle Buck, a slice of the Foghorn Leghorn, and a pie of the Notorious P.I.G. We loved each one! Fresh ingredients and love are baked into each dish! The Foghorn was especially bursting with flavor! The prices are a bit hefty, but you will get quality (and quantity - huge pies) when ordering. We will definitely be back!
