Update: Got told by Doc come by the shop I’m there from 9 to 4. I show up Monday after calling and asking if he was there, but he was not then additionally on the phone, Doc told me.“We will replace my original let you choose something additional” for my time driving back and forth and wasting time on this review which never would have had to be an active complaint if the customer service would handle things like they said they would. Upon arrival I was not compensated with what I was told by their store manager I would receive. I did receive a replacement for the “pink cement” which doc specifically stated “we will let you pick out something extra”. overall I’m super let down and upset by “Doc” making promises he did not intend to fill and saying he was available for me to discuss the issue and figure out a solution but after confirming his presence I showed up and he did not help or follow through with his words. 1st account was “grape gas”this bud leaked and stained the the paper never ever had weed do that ever before 2nd account was “pink cement” had mold fuzz throughout my 3.5grams purchased from kush house of Edmond. Read moreSo I come to this location very often I’m actually a regular. I came in today and waited in the waiting room. I saw that there was one person back there. No one in the drive-through, and when the bud tender was done with the customer she was helping she didn’t even notice me or even look to see if there was anyone else in the waiting room so I walked in behind her and she told me “don’t do that again” & that “she has to check my card at the door”. now whether that’s true or not, I had my card ready for her to check, also was barely through the door so there was no reason to be rude about it when she was the one that didn’t even check the waiting room before she escorted the customer that was in front of me out. I come here all the time I have never experienced anything like this I always give them my card immediately and did have it ready to go before she said that. It was my first very rude experience with one of their employees mind you once again, I come here all the time and all of the other badtenders know me I have seen this girl before, so I know she’s not new. I just don’t understand why she was so rude about it especially when there was literally no one else in the store besides me and her. Called Kush on Monday, early evening. The young lady that I spoke to said that her boss keeps those locked up in his office. So she took down my information name and phone number and told me that she taped it to her bosses door so it’s the first thing that he sees when he walks in and will give me a call. I never received a phone call. I I work the graveyard shift so I called Tuesday and spoke to the same young lady and she told me her boss was getting in his car so she called from a different phone and I can hear her boss on speaker complaining that I always call “after hours“. (Umm. You’re open 24 hours) I reminded the young lady that I work the graveyard shift, and I never did receive a phone call. I had even asked on Monday. When would be a good time to call or come to the store since Kush is open 24 hours and she did not offer an answer for that. I will never shop here again. Bosses name is “Doc”.
