Bad experience and very bad customer service 😑.
I was in your office depot store around 1:30 p.m. at your Geronimo and Gateway. West store.
The people that work at this store, seem and look like it's a bother to give customer service to the customers.
A girl that works there started helping me and out of nowhere she walked away from me and started helping another customer and I wasn't finished asking her questions about what I needed from Office Depot.
I ask a young man to help, and he was okay, but I really think he didn't want to help me by the look he gave me.
So then I ask another employee to help me and with surprise it was the store manager. These were her exact words. What do you want?
I told her with your attitude I don't want you to help me.
The manager of Office Depot and the employee need to go back to training school to learn about customer service. There's something definitely wrong with the way you train your people Office Depot.
I was dress in casual clothes. Because I have a business that most of our works in outdoors.
Maybe Office depot employees that I didn't have any money to spend in their store.
But in fact I have my own business.
My business is the fastest growing canopy business in El Paso, Texas and all West Texas.
I'm never going to return to Office Depot and that's a fact!!!
Office Depot changes store manager like crazy.
Very unhappy people working at Office Depot.

Read moreRude staff, was trying to print copies from their print self service, the printer goes painfully slow and I have to stay 5min after closing time to print 18 copies of different documents. I ask the woman at the print service, she says you have to go one by one, didn't offer to have me email them so she can print them faster. Closing time approaches and a guy asks me if I've "found a stopping point", again, doesn't offer to help, or bother to ensure that I can stay and finish the job. Closing time happens, the woman from earlier asks if I'm gonna be shopping for anything else or just the copies, I say just the copies. I finished the job and the Self Service Printer says it cannot complete the Check Out, it prints a bar code to take to the Cashier. I take it to the guy from earlier and he takes it to an older woman who, annoyed, says she's not gonna start "it back up", meaning the POS System. She let's it go, no charge and the same guy walks me to the door, scolding me says "That's why we asked if you were gonna make any other purchase.". I told him I had used THEIR SELF SERVICE PRINTER, and had made a $15 pre-authorization... Truly confused how he could blame me for the printer's failure to charge me. Got ZERO Customer Service here. Other locations have been much more accommodating, helpful and friendly. It seems the people I encountered were VERY eager to leave immediately as possible, and they sure let me know it. Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during a recent visit. I placed an online order and, upon arriving home, realized two items were missing. I promptly called the store and respectfully explained the situation to Eric, the manager.
When I arrived at the store, I identified myself as the person who had called. Eric informed me that he had reviewed the cameras and claimed the missing items had been included in my order. I calmly explained that they were not, and even described in detail how I received my items and where a possible miscommunication may have occurred.
Instead of further investigating, Eric proceeded to insinuate that I was being dishonest. I made it clear that I would not have taken the time to call or come in if everything had been correct. I even asked that he replay the video to verify what may have happened during the packing process—something he refused to do.
Accusing a customer of lying is not only disrespectful, it’s unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal Office Depot customer for years, but unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of the company. This will be my last time shopping with...
