I have had an awful experience with the fulfillment department and customer service. My first order arrived with only 1 of the 3 items that I ordered and I never received any notifications that they were unable to fill my entire order. I had only added the 1 item that I did receive to my order so I could get free shipping. When I asked about returning it since the other 2 items were canceled from my order, I was told that they do not give prepaid shipping labels to return items, I would need to pay for it myself if I decided to return it. How do you show an item available on your website and then not have it earmarked for that order and just allow it to sell out before you get around to filling the orders that you have already accepted? I attempted to order them one more time and just ordered 3 of the same lift & Snatch pens so I could get free shipping. The order was also supposed to include free blotting paper. Apparently once again they didn't have 3 in stock when they tried to fill my order, so they only charged my paypal account for 2 of them on 2/10/21. The free blotting paper arrived on 2/12/21 and nothing else. The Lift & Snatch pens were crossed off of the packing slip, but I did not receive a credit to my paypal account. Once again, I was never notified that my order was being reduced down to 2 or updated when the item was apparently sold out when they shipped my order. I emailed back and was told that they were sorry they weren't shipped and they would ship them in 1 to 2 days. Over a week later and I still hadn't even received a shipping confirmation so I had to email again to prompt them to ship my order. The package arrived on 2/27/21 and instead of the 2 lift & snatch eyebrow pens that I ordered and paid for on 2/10/21, there were 2 containers of yellow body paint. I immediately emailed again and had to call today, 3/8/21 (9 days later), to speak to someone since I had heard nothing back. She said that they were just filling the order today. She was very hard to understand with a thick accent and the call connection was awful. I don't understand how a company can operate and keep customers if this is how they do business and treat their customers. Very...
Read moreI bought this makeup at CVS because it seemed to be of high quality, was cruelty free, and reasonably priced. However, soon after I bought it, found that I was unable to dispense the foundation from the bottle. I reached out to the company directly and per their request, sent a photo of the makeup bottle along with a video that showed how the makeup wasn’t coming out. Their suggestion was to tap the bottom of the bottle on a hard surface. Although that enabled a very small amount of makeup to come out, the pump still is malfunctioning. Unfortunately, I’m also unable to open up the bottle either, which to me is unacceptable. The company has stated that since I don’t have the receipt, there is nothing they can do.First, I bought this product several weeks ago, have about 3/4 of it left so didn’t expect that the pump would suddenly just stop working. Secondly, tapping it on a hard surface did not really help fix the issue of the malfunctioning pump & has caused the bottle to start to crack. Third, why is it impossible to open the bottle? Fourth, the company should stand behind their product and if it doesn’t work properly, should offer some sort of compensation. If they couldn’t offer a refund or replacement, they could have at least offered a discount coupon or something. As a result of this experience, I won’t be buying their products anymore. It’s too bad as I thought it had a nice texture & worked well on my skin though there are comparable brands out there that work just as well,...
Read moreI purchased an eyeliner at Target and it was completely dry. I went back to exchange it, the second I one was also dry. After contacting NYX corporate, they asked for a bunch of information. Instead of providing proper resolution, the offered 10% off of any online order. To give some perspective, the product online is $9 and to ship it out, it would be $8. The 10% off they gave as a “gesture of goodwill” was .90¢ off of the total. Let that sink in. Do better NYX, I will never buy your...
