Came in after noticing this place opened up and felt like trying out something new
Upon walking in it feels nice and open and the guy behind the counter greeted me with a genuinely welcoming and upbeat attitude which is always a plus
Decided to get a Pink Perk Coffee and a Pastel Cream Toast
The Coffee itself is nice, smooth, and not too strong, you sip it and it starts off with a slightly strong strawberry taste but then it transitions to a Coffee taste, but there's still hints of the strawberry sweetness there so it's not too strong or bitter, I would defo get again. And this is coming from someone who doesn't even like Coffee all that much
The Toast is defintiely different from any Toast I've had before not just in presentation but in taste. In a good way though
The Toast itself is just the right amount of crispy and flaky, complimented with the hint of buttery taste and texture but the saltiness goes good with the sweetness of the cream itself, though the sweetness isn't overpowering. It's a pleasant sweetness
And the total for both was about $11.45
Which I'd say is a solid value for what you get
Overall I would 100% recommend anyone go there for just Coffee or baked good instead of just Starbucks. It's different I'll definitely say that but sometimes you gotta try something different, cause you never know what you're...
Read moreDuring my week-long stay in Los Angeles, Tera Coffee & Boba became my daily ritual! It's safe to say I was there every single day. The first time I tried Vietnamse Cheese Crema and wow, it was absolutely incredible! Seriously mind-blowing. And the sesame cream toast? Forget dessert – it was the best sweet treat I've had in ages!! The service was fantastic, always friendly and efficient, and the outdoor seating area was just perfect. I also loved that I could customize the sweetness level of my drink – such a great option!
Highly recommend a visit (or...
Read moreI tried to order a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, but I got bamboozled and ended up with a cup of milk that tasted like it was filtered through a bowl of Frosted Flakes. Granted, it was my fault for ordering plain milk, but why didn't they have a tea option for it??? Who orders just milk and a lump of brown sugar???
Also, I added special instructions to remove the boba which the employee ignores. I don't think they read it.
Drink looked cool though and the staff is friendly. Maybe the coffee is worth it, but not the tea/milk. Should call it Tera...
