One Poke — Restaurant in El Segundo

5 thumbs down for service!👎👎👎👎👎 1st timer and last timer because They're were 2 people behind me in line today @ 12pm 7/29 and 1 finishing up in front of me & I don't leave reviews BUT my god, they spoke soo fast and so low with TV so so loud and I said I'm hard of hearing can you please speak louder and slow down KINDLY as kind as I possibly can as I was excited to eat my fav dish. And aggressively the woman took over my order as if the kind boy wasnt efficient enough which bless him he was. Anyways She was all of the sudden short wayyyy louder for sure and rushing me as fast as she could. All respect, I still couldnt make out her requests for my dish and said to me shes in a hurry because shes busy with people in line dismissing me basically as if I wasn't in line and ordering food. As I began to pay she starred me down🤨 like evil eyes angrily and relieved I was leaving as if I burdened her. I know and understand we never know what someone is going through, so I was practicing kindness.

I will not ever come back to the establishment simply for the fact THEY DONT TREAT YOU WELL at all! So mean, short and dismissive. 😳 My anxiety level was through the rough when I left. Like breath, treat people with respect and your business will soar. BYE ONE POKE You must try "Just Poke"💕 On western towards san pedro OMG way more for money AND Spoke to you...

Terribly rude service. Poor quality ingredients. Small portions. No flavor. I have no idea how this place is so highly reviewed especially when there are better poke places right down the street.

I placed an order for pick up at 12:05 and when I arrived at 12:15 it wasn’t ready. I waited in the order pick up line to ask if I was in the right place for pick up and she cut me off and pointed to the line without saying a word. I got in line and waited with the 10 people in front of me. As I waited I saw someone come out from the kitchen. I tried to get her attention and she said no and pointed me back to the original lady who was rude at first. The OG lady pointed to the line again without a word. When I finally got to the counter they said they don’t make orders in advanced and instead they wait until you get there. Not sure why they advertise skipping the line by ordering online then. ANYWAY They also said I needed to wait in the pick up line. I told them I was in the pick up line originally and was told to go to the main line by the other person. They were like oh well sorry it’ll be five mins and proceeded to try to convince why waiting is better.

Update: I’ve been going here for over a year and ALWAYS get met with amazing customer service and quality, delicious poke. This is my go-to place, even though there’s numerous poke places much closer, One Poke is worth the extra drive; every time I have a visitor who loves poke or likes sushi but hasn’t tried poke yet, I take them here and each time my guest has enjoyed it as much as me!

Their poke is off the hook and the owners are super nice. They use sashimi quality fish so it's always fresh and delicious. There are many poke places near my home but I always make the drive to One Poke because they are the absolute best.

Their hours are actually 10:30 AM to 9 PM M-F and 11AM to 9 PM on Saturdays. They are...
