Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems — Attraction in El Segundo

Raising Cane's El Segundo, CA... I was looking for place I had never visited before. Stumbled upon the new Raising Cane's in El Segundo, CA (off El Segundo and Continental). Yes-folks can order inside. Many others (like myself) took advantage of the drive-thru. It took me 52 minutes to get my food. I guess they a working out some kinks. My chicken was 'real' but only warm and crunchy, not hot. My crinkled fries were slightly done but only room temperature. They could have been cooked a few seconds longer. The two workers in the drive-thru we're running in and out of the building, problem solving. Perhaps the restaurant could have used additional staff to help customers, especially in the drive-thru. I will give them another chance and go back in a few months and rate them again. Looking forward to giving them a BIG "5" stars on...

My home away from home.

Like any company of any size Raytheon has it's pros and cons but my overall sense is a pretty positive one. I've experienced some great opportunities here, met a lot of excellent people, and enjoyed many of the diverse non-work groups and activities sponsored by Raytheon.

The El Segundo presence covers two campuses, referred to as North and South, which offer surprisingly different cultures. By and large it seems to be inspired by the North Campus consisting of several separate towers whereas South Campus is a single, albeit sprawling, facility. Things are in a state of change, as ultimately all things must be, and the future holds interesting potential.

All told, I look forward to continuing my journey with Raytheon and encourage others to consider trying us...
